My wife just bought one today, same bulk, same crispiness, but hers was stuffed correctly. You got jobbed!
Someone over at Taco Bell needs to do some serious quality control!
I never buy the "new item" a la carte and always order it as part of a combo/box. The one I got was 50% full of filling. I made sure to rotate it so the filling was evenly distributed/coated on the inside surface of the crust so it wasn't empty on the end where I took my first bite. The crunchy crust was nice to experience, but its not something I'd buy again.
Yup, gotta go with ya on this Tony, I got one tonight just to try it out and compare and while mine was a lot fuller than yours was... there was really no flavor, I love taco bell but if I hadn't drown this in the avocado ranch then it wouldn't have any taste. Trust the old nerd guys!
I was really looking forward to a slow-roasted chicken, flavored with garlic and onion. What I got was shredded chicken mixed in indistinguishable cheese. 👎
That is really disappointing but it does show the honest reality that not every item is made equally or to standard.

Sounds like they tried to talk up an Empanada to be something it’s not, usually… From my experience traveling in Latin America, Empanadas usually are filled with a very neutral flavored meat. Then I realized they expect you to dip them in their sauces and that’s why Empanada joints usually have a tons of sauces to pick from since that’s where the real flavor comes from.

The one I order had more filling but I also expect there to be a couple of mini ones not just one big one it was good but 3.49 is kinda steep for 1

I think you did get ripped off. I saw endorsement’s video and his was STUFFED. They put a tiny spoonful of ingredients in yours and called it a day. Very disappointing.
It didn't have any grease whatsoever, so I was wondering if they came pre-made.
@@oldnerdreviews If it's anything like the old caramel empanadas then yes, they come premade and frozen from a factory and then deep fried on site. You said yours didn't have any grease but yet it was crispy so it was either sitting out a while and warmed up in the nuker for your satisfaction.
@@Cyko.. The crunch on it didn't have a consistency of sitting out or being nuked. The shell was the only thing that lived up to the hype.
