@@NomadPush No worries mate 😊
You're Chamorro is sugoi! :)
A poor decision doesn't equal being dumb. Don't call yourself names that bring down your belief in yourself. You're amazing and kind. Keep up the good work, Robin San.
Word
Agree san 🙌
exactly he talks down on himself often wich is hard to see because hes an amazing human. he gotta understand that talking about u in that way makes u feel worst in general. the subconscious mind remembers everything we say about ourselves
Right
@@EssenceOfEvander it’s a Japanese thing, there a very negative suicidal thinking culture.
Nomad is worried about the long journey on moped San, anything can happen. And he faces his fears and starts his journey. Dude is awesome!
🔥🔥🔥
😂😂
It's good to take a break. We (Australia) have alot of signs reminding riders and drivers to Stop. Revive. Survive. Ride safe nomadsan!
🙏🙌🙏
Yes, riding any kind of moped/motorcycle requires all of your attention and energy
A lot
Hope you are able to buy the van soon so more options, bad weather van can keep you safe. Good weather go by moped and feel a bit less stress, good to see you laughing in the face this huge journey you are undertaking!
Flow with the seasons, if your going to live a nomadic life... I'm amazed by how few people you see when you venture away from the cities. Cooking on the ocean, without any people around a lovely ocean cove was wonderful. You need to buy contruction compactor bags, heavy duty. they are reusuable, use with cheap bungy cords, to waterproof cargo, camping drop cloths, emergency tarps, you need these to inexpensively protect your gear. Where you heading for the winter?
🙏🙌🔥
This video was the ultimate struggle......MAN AGAINST THE LONG NIGHT !!!! So glad MOPED SAN was your trusty steed, and got you through!!
Since you smashed your 100k goal for 2024 you bumped it up to 200k! Ambitious and I wish you success.
🔥🔥🔥
I was nervous the whole video, waiting to see what the mistake was. I was worried that maybe Moped San had gotten damaged. Or maybe you got hurt. Glad it was just a long ride, and you were extremely tired. Glad that nothing bad had happened. 😁👍
For the skateboard look in the camping supplies for a Dry Bag (or online of you have somewhere to deliver to and pick up later). They make different styles so you should be able to find one that fits your board. They are designed to keep your stuff dry even if they go overboard while boating.
Hey dude! I've got a suggestion; Would you enjoy giving us some more detail about each location you end up in? Things such as what it's known for, cool places to check out, some scenery shots, and more! Have a great day.
13:07 Wow! Seeing Moped-San going that fast is wild! If only you could safely travel at that rate of speed. Especially on this night, since you were so tired. ❤
I found this video a bit more entertaining then most. I have been riding motorcycles for about 28 years now, and I just have a different appreciation for the trip you just made and all the mistakes/bad decisions made. You will most likely always remember that trip, even in 40 years, it will be a core memory of the days on 2 wheels with moped san. You already know it was not the best decision but the only things I wanted to recommend is adding some additional lights for night time driving and use the high beams as much as possible. Also a good set of riding gloves is a must. If for any reason you come off the moped, almost always you will put your hands out to try and break your fall. Not having gloves will really suck when that happens. When riding on 2 wheels, you should always expect at some point in time to come off the bike, wether a big or small accident, it will happen. Stay safe.
You are still learning how to travel with Moped San. You are learning so much about what it takes to travel on your vehicle. I just want you to be safe. Driving while drowsy is as dangerous as driving while drunk. I am so glad you made it. I enjoy your videos so much. Please change your plans if you need to to be safe.
Please get brighter front lights and make sure your rear lights are visible, even annoyingly visible... it's important for low speed vehicles to be seen at night, as much as it is for you to be able to see far enough to make safe maneuvers.
Robin-San, I think you are smart for taking many breaks. Way better to take mini rest many times, than push yourself to the curb. You will make it on time, let's gooo! ❤
You are Nomad Push, not Nomad push to the curb! Let's gooo! ❤
You could use a watertight bag for your stuff ... I put food, and also my stove inside the one that I have.
It's kinda cheap in Decathlon. It's the best cheap way to protect stuff from water.
That's great advice, they are cheap and reliable.
I found your channel a few weeks ago, and it makes me happy seeing you enjoy your life❤ it makes me want to enjoy my life to the fullest❤
Thank you so much!!
Konnichiwa. Hello from California. I just started watching your channel. Your videos are so cool! I travel to Aomori Prefecture quite often. I love Japan. Thanks for taking me along on your awesome journey.
Now you've gone motorised, I'm always thinking about the "Super Cub" and "Yuru Camp" anime, which always involved a lot of food stops as well.
I need to check Yuru Camp👍
Ohayougosaikasu Robin-san! 8am here in Vancouver. Every morning, on my way to work, I check if you published new video 😂❤
❤️🙌❤️
👋🏻 watching from Vancouver too!
Você é brasileiro?
Ohayogozaimasu😂
Watching from Windsor, Ontario
Laughing at the situation is the best you can do sometimes! Glad you take that approach! Good luck on your journies.
Big hugs from Germany. Please be careful und stay safe.
My friend feels the same way. They made a lot of bad decisions and feel dumb because they are still paying for it 10 years later. What they do is think of the future that hasn’t happened and work through it. Good luck and remember you have people who support you.
Big pork! Hang in there buddy! You'll get through and we're all here to support you!
Thanks!!!
Here with you on your journey! Take care!
Thank you! Will do!
You were very brave. I hate driving a car a night, so a moped is hardcore. Good luck.
🔥🔥🔥
Keep it up nomad push I’ve been watching since my darkest days and you bring me joy
Put heavy skate wax on the edges of the board to help keep the water out, also helps to heat the wax up on the board let it cool then reapply more.
Robin-san look into water-proofing spray for your board if you cant cover completely with plastic
He needs a small can of polyurethane and a brush
🙏🙌
@@rockssocks5451 that would be effective as well. at first i was thinking some kind of varnish but not sure if that would affect how the board rides
Im sure two coats of oil based poly or water based if thats not available. It will be waterproof for a long long time
Angie could also build a camper that you can pull with the truck cuz it comes with a 50cc moped right and you can pull a camper with it
Go Bengals! Maybe add another low light for night driving to the front that shines straight down in front of the bike maybe 15 feet with a wide band so you can see the road better. Amazon has several not expensive.
The mountains are 110 miles from my home I rode my moped there and back sometimes :) sometimes I keep going over it and into Yellowstone national park. I use frogg togg g brand rain covering very cheap very high quality not durable but extremely lightweight
Taking breaks is good while riding, you can develop clots if you sit too long. Thanks for the ride along, your journey is an amazing one that we all are hoping the best for you!
The fast forwarding when in tunnel reminded me a lot of the TV show Street Hawk where the motorcycle had jet boost to move near the speed of sound. But really they just played those "jet boost" parts on fast forward for TV because it was early or mid 1980s so computers weren't up to doing effects like that yet, except in a few big budget movies.
i don't believe you are homeless robin-san... you are simply a man without a house... anyone with the hunger you have to live a good life is always at home wherever they go....
😭
Glad I am not the only one thinking that way.
Lovely turn of phrase!
For a person who has no place to live, he looks like very well, the Brazilian people who are homeless are extremely dirty.
He is home🏡 free ✨️
I admire your dedication brother, your journey with moped san has been amazing to watch even with that speed and uphill battles. Keep up the good work !
Your not dumb. Learn from it and you'll be a wiser man. My wife and I are homeless living in a tent for months now because our lease renewal went from 1200 a month to 4000. We can't even find housing or a room to rent because some Florida government officials sent a ton of immigrants to our state overloading our housing system. We recently got fined 250 each for failure to pay a 3 dollar ticket to ride the train. I work 80 hours a week at minimum wage and still can't manage to save a dime because we have no access to refrigeration or electricity. Even firewood prices have skyrocketed. We have no family or friends that are able to help us and are constantly harassed by law and rude people. the only thing we can say without a doubt is that we are happy because being without is making us appreciate and love what we have more than with amenities. Best of luck prayers and hugs
Sending g all prayers, positives vibes and friendship.....NEVER lose hope nevervstop trying...one day, it will be the good day that turn your life around. From someone who struggle for years, failed many times and most of people didn't think I woukd survive to be 30 years old. I'm 58 now, living with the men I love, we are happy together, and have still bags projects together...From Montreal, Canada.🤗
OMG! Wishing you all the best 💝
@@chantaleperron thank you very much. Hope things are going well for you. We are doing all we can. Just found out that the government housing list we applied for over 2 years ago we are now number 7312 on the list we actually dropped over 3000 places due to the migrants invading Boston.
Wish you all the best. Please stay safe 🙏
@@mossycentimet will do, 2 dollar bottle of wine small fire and clean laundry
You are the man! I drank a coke while watching your video. My longest motorcycle ride was 11 hours. Maybe one day we can ride together! Keep it up, you beast! Best wishes from California! Idk how I landed on your channel, but thank god for small miracles.
nomad-san I would also recommend you get a long board for better cruising and less issues with bumps. It's a lot easier to gain speed and you don't have to push so much, so it's easier for actually getting around. also I want to state that I hope you are safe out there where ever you are.
That mighty little 50cc engine hauling everything up that hill - salute ! ;)
Cover it like an umbrella 🌂 top down and pinch the bottom to seal it. Water can't enter if the folds are facing down
That ride was rough! I was legit scared for you that moped-san was gunna blow the engine every time you went up hill.
I loved cruising Japan shitamichi in my k-car when I was living there. Usually during night, low traffic, the road was mine, sometimes up to 10 hours, maybe just toilet break or get fuel. Brings back memories and even now, every time I visit Japan I rent a car and keep exploring...
Such a great distance you covered on moped-san wow!
Going through that bright tunnel should help to wake you up. 😂the cat said "ne-nooo" to the merch. lol Glad u made it safe & sound. 🙏
Had to watch it all just for all the hard riding you did. Glad you made it safely!
Admire your peserverance! Can imagine the stress and tiredness riding at night. Take care and you will hot 200k subs by December!
That was a long drive, friend. Remember not to push yourself to exhaustion ❤
Maybe get a dry bag for the skateboard, Sea to Summit makes good heavy duty ones for a good price.
Keep the videos coming Robin-saaaan!! 頑張って!!
🔥🙌🙏
you should purchase a skate board bag. it might cost a little but if you wanna keep your boards in good condition you need to order 1. there usually between 20-50$ USD.
Getting some Yuru Camp vibes :D Stay safe Robin! And thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Got you a new idea for your skateboards from the wet , Use a hair tie and wrap you plastic bag at the bottom and use the hair tie , Bend the hair tie over and over 😂 ,love your your videos watching from Aotearoa (New Zealand) van will be a vibe, Much love g
I've been riding motorcycle/moped in nightime for more than 20years ,my only suggestion is take a break whenever you need + a bigger cc bike is quite handy maybe start with 250cc secondhand , or 150cc i think it's cheaper and it got to 100km/h quite easily
Please be careful when driving while tired. I had a friend nearly die because he fell asleep at the wheel.
Oooh SO DARK on a MOPED! Too scary,.. I would be nervous to do that trip at night in my BUS! Wishing you safe journeys Nomad San!
Thanks for the video…always enjoying your content….be safe !!
Thanks, will do!
15 mph up mountain roads is crazy 😅 his friend is so cool for letting him use the scooter but Nomad San should get a bigger bike if possible
Maybe try covering the skateboard with a rubbish bag that's long that you can tie at the handle
You need to double the plastic cover for your skateboard. That is the technique coming from a Motorcycle Rider Skateboarder here
I got a bit lost in rural Saga once while walking, and I couldn't believe how dark it was. The street lights didn't seem as strong as they usually are in North America, so I was a little scared. For me it was only a couple of hours, so congratulations on making it through the long, dark night!
amazing channel my guy best of luck big things coming your way
I was so worried for you Robin San- especially going up that hill! Hope you got some 😴 sleep! 💙
Robin-san, you should paint your helmet like a tortoise shell from Mario Kart. I think that would look really cool. Quite the busy week you have planned. Be sure to allow for some rest time too. Don’t burn yourself out.
Cat-San looks like my youngest cat and mewls like my cat. I love that all Siamese cats sound similar and tend to be more verbal. On Christmas night, my husband walked to check our mail and he came back with a Siamese kitten that smelled like death. He was 5 months old at the most and he had clearly been eating bad, rotten food and that is why he smelled so awful. He also had bad gas in his stomach and had to bathroom constantly. We nursed him back to health and he has been our family member since December 25, 2020. We named him Børticus “Børt” the Unfluffy because he smelled like butt.
Robin San...be kind to yourself. Also, i would use some food plastic wrap and wrap the bottom of your skateboard to keep the water out
nomad-san i highly suggest in getting the yamaha nmax 125/155 or the honda adv 150/160 cause you're scooter is really strugling doing a hill climb both bike have large compartments and you can install a bracket that can hold a top box and you can buy a tunnel bag for more storage and its waterproof. by the way they are very good at hill climbs fast, and very versatile.
Thank you for taking us on the journey. Love the content.
you should desing a series on journey to nature reserves and spas like a shinto series, nomadic shinto lifestyle, it would get you more subscribers
You got this brother you have my prayers 🙏🏽 Much love and God bless 🙏🏽
Oh man. That was a tough ride. Good luck with your thing in hokkaido man! If you got your motorcycle licence you could ride any cc of bike and go way faster, but I guess that's a bit difficult obviously.
🙏🙌🔥
I've been homeless with 2 kids for almost a year in arizona, USA ....Wishing God be with you and good fortune to you❤ wish we were in Japan, prices are so high here
Good video. I like the long drive. Fun to watch. I do not know why you do not drive through the rain and get away from it faster. Maybe it does not work that way but i do not know.
you are living the free life man! enjoy every moment! and be safe. best wishes from WA state USA
So glad you made it there safely without any problems! Thanks for taking us along your adventure! :))
Glad to see another vid my dude!
Appreciate it!
LOL your definition of “busy” for editing is funny brah… busy will be back in the office ;) enjoy
I love Cooksan too! You did great! Be safe out there!
be careful because the long ride does not give your legs blood
this can be dangerous, have the pain looked at by a doctor!
i say this cause as I got older i had leg problems that began with lower leg pain when sitting
Nomad-San you continue to inspire the rest of us who are walking down the path of travel and adventure.
It's okay to take such adventures when you are young and full of energy, but definitely take as many breaks as you need to. Be safe and thanks for having such a positive mindset.
You got this Robin san, wishing you to have a van life by next year!! Love this content
Night in the life of Robin-san. At least you avoided the summer heat. btw, you could do a video on daily expenditure now that you have moped-san.
Robin-san. So good to see you making progress. Even though you have challenges, Moped-san is faithful to you. A gentle reminder (this is not a criticism): there is a high correlation between diabetes II and drinking lots of pop drinks. Please check out if there is diabetes in your family. A genetic predisposition coupled with drinking lots of sugary drinks and eating lots of carbs will end up with diabetes after 65. I know, because that’s what has happened to me.
Robin-San only needs roughly 75Kish subs to make 200k! Only 106 days to go! That is roughly 707ish subs needed per day until New Year's Eve 🎉! Let's go future NOMAD-SANS!
Rooting for you!!
Hmm man dunno if you plan but they sell sleeveless (and full jacket) with heating inside like electric blanket you charge, great for when you wanna push and keep healthy.
Live well,eat well ,Robin-San .Stay safe ❤❤😊
It's crazy to think what you are and what you're doing when you reply to comments and this video reminded me of that!
I enjoy your adventures. I was houseless for a over a year. I am glad you are making it
Mate thats mental, 10 mph through Kumamoto at night 🤣, id be fucking terrified too, we saw all sorts when i was there for a few days last year. I remember another time i was absolutely wasted in Takayama after drinking about 10 beers and aload of saki at the festival and decided to walk an hour back to my hotel at 3am, narrowly avoided treading on a Mamushi within minutes and saw something big cross the road about 200 foot infront of us, definitely werent used to that being from England, worst we have is a rogue fox trying to steal your shoes if you leave them outside or a badger knocking your garden gnomes over 🤣.
I am rooting for you!!
Wow all that driving must cost alot of money! Thanks for taking us on your adventures 😊💙
Maybe a barbeque grill cover would work well for covering your stuff on the back of moped-san.
i feel your laughter, i have been in a few situations where you just have to laugh. stay strong!
This reminds me of the time when I also rode a lot with my moped in the Netherlands, but not nearly as much as you. how long/far can you drive on 1 tank and are there gas stations open 24/7?
When you get to Hokkaido, can you try to visit Sweden Hills? It's right outside of Sapporo.
As long as the Coke in Japan is made of real sugar not corn syrup it shouldn't be that bad for you. Everyone in the US used to drink Coke but now that it's made of corn syrup everyone is afraid of getting diabetes. I only drink the real sugar stuff from Mexico. Anyway great vid.
Been watching you for a few months. I love how positive you always are and you have a amazing out look on things. Although when you first stopped for a drink everyone in my opinion thought you were going to get a Coke san. I knew youd get one eventually.
Keep up with the videos and we always look forward to seeing you and seeing what you are up too. Sending love all the way from Canadas capital city of Ottawa.
