You may or may not know this but Nintendo actually has a strict no real life religion policy when it comes to their their games. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time actually had used the same chant, but Nintendo decided in their later remakes of the game to remove out it of their own choice. Edit: I just wanted to clarify that it's not common to use sensitive religious content anymore. The Japanese may still use religious references but they will be keeping the international audience in mind. I just realized your question could be taken in a couple ways and I wasn't sure if that was what you meant.
