Maybe it is time for another trip to this grande old Dame. A sort of update with fresh eyes, ideas and cameras. 😊

I love your sense of humor, seeing the sites with you, looking at the delicious food, the neighbors, the roof top views and lets not forget the 107 steps! Rest up and thanks for another great video.

Love Genoa! And loved this video. You really captured that wonderful run down atmosphere of the place. Have noted your great restaurant suggestions. Those crowded simple place are exactly what I love! Thanks Tim and Mister Boo! xxx

That roof top terrace was absolutely stunning!! And what a fabulous place! I was totally taken by it all! Thanks for taking us along. As always the snippets of history were fascinating! I always prefer authentic doen to earth dining rather than ridiculous haut cuisine. Love your channel and the content

You can never have too much instruction on Italian keys! That tuna and egg salad looks delish, as does the food all sound!! 👍 Nice to get Corona in the wall... €10 for a meal!! Wow! Love this restaurant!! Sounds a bit like Pollo here and the old The Stockpot. Loved this. 👍 Mr Boo seems quite happy leading two other men... 🤣 Genoa now on my non-existent bucket list. 👍

Thanks Paul. Yes that salad was delish and very butch! Da Maria is a bit like the old Pollo and Stockpot (certainly in terms of how democratic it is). There used to be lots of cheap flights from London.. God knows whether there will be again!

Accompanying the panoramic view of Genoa by "Seguidilla" from "Carmen" - something is written by a French about Seville that is in Spain. How creepy is that

Was it one of those strange keys that you turn partially anti clockwise push in further before turning clockwise? Italians have to instruct foreigners in their use. I've never seen them anywhere else.
Italian pronounciation tips since you asked: "C" is like "ch"... and you were in LigUria (LigOOriah) not LigARiah.
