I just tried this and they turned out just fine and are long enough to be behind my ears. Thank you for making it clear where the bang line goes when sectioning it off, that was my biggest hurdle

Thanks for this! Pandemic depression really had me down. I was wearing my hair in a topknot bun all of the time. No haircuts or anything. I just finished cutting off 18 inches of hair and am ready to cut in some side swept bangs. Went to Ulta yesterday and bought one of everything for my face! It seemed that way! lol Going to color my roots in just a few minutes, do my new make-up and see how it goes. I'm excited to look human again.

So...I did exactly what you said for us to do but I cut it a bit shorter because I like my side swept bangs shorter and it was a very long piece of hair I cut (or two chunks I mean since I parted in half before doing so)and it turned out PERFECT! I'm saving this video to my playlist because from now on I'm going to do this on my own. This way is fool proof! I'm amazed at how perfect it turned out! Thank you for this;
