I believe that the birth control pill that I was taking called Estarylla gave me bad side effects including high anxiety, dizziness, headaches, and it was also messing with my legs and arms. And I Just stopped taking the pill yesterday and now I'm afraid of experiencing high anxiety and panic attacks. Before I started the pill I never had anxiety like that.
I stopped taking my bc since it gave me higher blood pressure, headaches, anxiety, and stronger allergic reactions. The day after I stopped I was anxious, but at the 48hr mark I was much better. My mood improved like magic. It takes a while for the drug to absorb and then leave your system, one day is already good. I hope you’re able to recover quickly 🙏🏼

What a great video! I got the pill (Diane) at 17 for acne, and recently switched to yasmine. It has really kept my acne at bay. Now I am 42, getting closer to premenopause and don’t really know what to do😵💫 It is so difficult to research this topic because I don’t know what is opinions online and what are the facts (like when people say you need to detoxify from the pill…and take 25 supplements instead. Hi Ma'am I am 44yrs old I have been taking Microgynon bc pills since I was 18yrs of age. I have three daughters, which means that I've stopped taking my pills thre different times. With one of my daughters I took bc pills for breastfeeding....but then I realized that I didn't need the pills because as a nursing mother I didn't get any monthly cycle. I recently developed high blood pressure and anxiety around 2022. I was taking Amlodipine and Atenolol then a doctor changed my blood pressure meds to condesartan 1/2 daily I was still having problems in-between tablets because I believe my anxiety was also raising my blood pressure. I've tried lifestyle changes where my diet is concerned but I still have problems in-between, sometimes I feel like nothing I do is working. I just finished a pack of pills and I am thinking about stopping them for good. I used to take the pills before because of irregular periods so the periods came every month around a certain time while on the pill. I have also stopped taking my blood pressure meds. Is there any advice you can give me about my situation. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello Dr. I was on the pill for 4 years. My last 3 months on the pill the nurse practioner increased the dosage from 0.20 to 0.25. She did so because i was ovulating on the prior dosage. I stopped taking my bc about 2 months ago. I.get my period around the same day i got my" period" during the placebo week. Put very simply, for some time (5 to 10 years) after stopping the combined pill, there is the same, small, slightly increased risk of breast cancer as it was while you were taking the pill. After that time (5-10 years) of stopping the pill, your risk is the same as anyone else who never used the pill.

I am 11 months postpartum, and I breast-fed my baby until he was 10 months old. My doctor told me that I could continue the mini pill after I stopped breast-feeding because I had less hormonal changes on the progesterone only pill. Hi Ma'am I am 44yrs old I have been taking Microgynon bc pills since I was 18yrs of age. I have three daughters, which means that I've stopped taking my pills thre different times. With one of my daughters I took bc pills for breastfeeding....but then I realized that I didn't need the pills because as a nursing mother I didn't get any monthly cycle. I recently developed high blood pressure and anxiety around 2022. I was taking Amlodipine and Atenolol then a doctor changed my blood pressure meds to condesartan 1/2 daily I was still having problems in-between tablets because I believe my anxiety was also raising my blood pressure. I've tried lifestyle changes where my diet is concerned but I still have problems in-between, sometimes I feel like nothing I do is working. I just finished a pack of pills and I am thinking about stopping them for good. I used to take the pills before because of irregular periods so the periods came every month around a certain time while on the pill. I have also stopped taking my blood pressure meds. Is there any advice you can give me about my situation. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

The pill effects were off quite soon - for some ladies within a few weeks, others a couple of months.
It's worth having a chat with your Dr since you've been off the pill for 6 months to see if the hair loss may be from other causes, not the pill.

Hello Dr. I was on the pill for 4 years. My last 3 months on the pill the nurse practioner increased the dosage from 0.20 to 0.25. She did so because i was ovulating on the prior dosage. I stopped taking my bc about 2 months ago. I.get my period around the same day i got my" period" during the placebo week. However my period flow wise is almost the same as when i was on the pill, its light compared to when i was not on it. Another thing is that i see that im not producing ewcm

I had a question about #1. If you lose the weight, will it stabilize? I've always struggled to gain and even maintain a healthy weight (naturally very thin), and recently got off the pill and dropped a few pounds. The usual recommendation is to stop a medicine if you feel it's causing a serious/severe side effect. Headaches are extremely important especially associated with the pill. I had a 3.5 cm cyst in my right ovary. Dr gave me hormonal pills for 3 months and asked me to stop after three cycles. This month was my last month to take the pills. 4 days after my , I'm having brown discharge and slit bleeding is it normal?

I underwent a fibroid surgery in September and my doctor also gave me oral pills for 3 months, just like you after completing the 3rd pack I got my period and it stopped 7 days ago. Hello ma, pls I need serious help I have just subscribed to your channel after watching this video.
I ran out of a relationship of two years after I find that my partner was tested HIV positive, I then concluded that I am too after taking the pills for almost 6months I pushed my self to be tested and I am negative in different places, I then stopped talking the pills, now I am in another relationship again and we both went for test and we were negative and continued to go for test every 4months, and our relationship is now 12months the last test says that she is positive in two different places but I am still negative after testing in 4 different places.
Now this is my fear am I positive and my result is showing negative? remember I was taking the pills before because I assumed I was positive.
Or does it mean that I have entered U=U level before going for test?

Can I have breast cancer after stopping the pills
Put very simply, for some time (5 to 10 years) after stopping the combined pill, there is the same, small, slightly increased risk of breast cancer as it was while you were taking the pill.
After that time (5-10 years) of stopping the pill, your risk is the same as anyone else who never used the pill.

I am 11 months postpartum, and I breast-fed my baby until he was 10 months old. My doctor told me that I could continue the mini pill after I stopped breast-feeding because I had less hormonal changes on the progesterone only pill. However, after one month of stopping breast-feeding, I found out I was pregnant. I did not miss any pills, however. Is the mini pill less effective when you stop breast-feeding?
The progesterone pill is just as effective but must be taken at the same exact time every day to be effective
