When I go to Onyx to make an account it just asks me for my number and verification code. How do I get the actual code if I don't already have an account?

I have bought boox note air 2, i love it so far but there's a small yet important missing "feature".. I cant find page number! 😂.. completion % is nice but not as useful as actual page numbering.. Is there any plan to include that in the coming update? Or am I just missing that feature?

I don't have an apps panel and I can't figure out how to get a list of apps so I can actually launch one that isn't on the main screen. I am using the new boox mini c I installed chrome, I can open it via google play store but cant find the icon to click on to launch anywhere and swiping up (like on every other android for the app drawer) doesnt do anything.
Great video! Boox should give you a portion of their sales! :-) Does the transparent screensaver work on all apps? I had seen some complaints it was only working on some apps. Thanks!

I purchased the page. The play store was on the device. However, my installed apps do not appear in the app section of the device. I can access them through the Play Store. This is obviously not right. I have the leaf and I did not have this problem. Help!
so how do i link my onyx account with the neoreader app on windows.. do have to buy an activation for windows? I can already use neoreader app on my leaf 2 without any problems?

I don't have system tabs, nor 'control panel' on my device lol. On the sides of the device are just the gestures. When I pull down from the top, I just have a notification panel that shows the time and date and notifications but no wifi etc settings the way it is shown here - hence, there is no 'edit' button either, just nothing. Also there is no option to sign UP for an onyx account, only to sign IN. Can you maybe make an updated video, or a TUCPro specific video.
PS. Since these are company videos, perhaps you could consider not using ads on your YT channel... I find it slightly inappropriate, as if you would put ads on your instructions booklet?!? (I wish there were one!)

Are you able to draw a straight line with this notebook? I was told about wavy lines, I planned to use this for math .
Yes. In the notes app choose "Shape" then select the line option. For math, I also recommend setting the first layer background to the dot-grid option - it's great for graphing without being as distracting as graph paper is in my opinion.
Regarding the server, I live in the UAE. Which server should I choose for optimum usage, please?

It is frustrating that I did my research and bought Boox Air Note 2. Now I have to do research on how to charge it?! If Boox does not want to sell the wall charger with the cable at least have it available for the purchase on the site. I have been trying to charge the Note 2 with different wall chargers and it does not work. Utter $hit show.
