Very interesting, and beautiful. Is there a record or knowledge of when this instrument first was used ? bce, newer, just curious. Also have any scientific studies, or measures been done as to the frequency range of the instrument? Is there any "Myths" or legands about using its sound to move large masses ?
How it start is unknown, however, I've heard there is a cave painting 3000-5000yrs old which shows human playing didgeridoo kind of figure. Didgeridoo comes in different sizes and individual overtone harmonics balances. Didgeridoo(or Yidaki and mago etc) has been used for ceremonies with songs and dances amongst northern Australian indigenous group such as Yolngu people.
@@DidgeridooBreathAustralia Interesting !! I did know it was in Australia's indigenous people. Im curious if there is another early civilization/country etc that have discovered early archeology showing a didgeridoo like instrument that produces a lower frequency or even a much higher frequency.. My line of thought is the acoustic levitation of sound waves at certain hz depending on thr frequency of the item. I believe it was in Indonesia (not 100% positive on location) where they found petroglyphs with a semicircle showing huge drums I believe it may have been with a bolder floating away and centered from the semicircle. The more I'm thinking about it, it may have been a monk temple. Sorry for the rambling on about something I halfway remember ! I appreciate your answer to my question. And thank you for showing others who may have never been without seeing your channel..You are a true professional in every sense!

Sorry but this didgeridoo has already gone and we don't remember the size. However was beeswax so it was adjustable

Totally impractical. What hunter gatherer would ever carry this monster?
How big is the mouth aperture?
Haha, it had sold already but it was big mouth! And here is even bigger!
