Btw if you want to be more authenticated (and have your logo show in emails), your BIMI record to actually work will require DMARC to quarantine or reject.
Great information, thanks. One question, if the record is set to quarantine, how would we review those held in limbo and either approve/disprove them? Thanks again.
I think I discovered that when we tag "Quarantine" it quarantines it on the receiver's end, not the sender's end, as I was presuming. Apparently, it directs the message to a receiver's special quarantine or spam folder for them to review before deciding whether or not to open it. Does this sound correct?

Also, can a domain have multiple DMARC records? Third party e-mails from my shipping service provided (ShipStation) are failing because they originate from a different IP. Is there a way to add multiple IP address - such as the 3rd party's IP - so these messages won't fail?
DMARC records are used for checking alignment and reporting only. If your emails are failing from a different IP/service, you need to add this service's domain or IP into your SPF record with an "include:" flag
How do we stop getting these emails?😅 I am new to email marketing, my domains have been warmed up, are SPF and DKIM compliant, but i get so many DMARC report emails, that it is frustrating me
I set up a filter so that all of these reports bypass the inbox and go straight to the archive. If something is amiss I usually get a phone call from a client saying eg: the bills from our energy provider are not arriving (actual case). I can then go to the archive and find the relevant xml report ... and then do what needs to be done.
You're welcome Yagisanatode-Scott. You you can modify your DMARC record and if rejected, you can either put them in quarantine or not doing anything. So as a policy you can reject or quarantine.
How do we fix any fails? So we've checked the prpblem is sparkpost, but how to fix the problem?
great explaination

Excellent. Thank you!
nice explanation thanks
for xml files with many ip addresses i have noticed that the analyser count does not match up with what is in the xml file all the time.
Nice video, but I would highly recommend to use a service like DMARC Advisor as this way is time consuming!
thanks. i get an error an mxtoolbox when upload the xml file. do you know the reason?
this video was super helpful!
Thank you :)

Maybe there could be reason like servers sending messages that fail DMARC or taking unauthorized messages from your domain?

wow, how do we do this?

Thanks for this video. If you do find some dubious IP records, is there anything you can do besides setting your policy to reject?

Thank you
Nice video, but sometimes it's a problem uploading a report
Didn't explain anything?
