I bit confused on this video. If God puts someone into a waiting room then can that person really just make things happen ? Did Joseph and David etc just make it happen ?

Is it the message or the messenger? If Dr. Monroe's voice was used to nudge one to hear the message in order to change one's life then mission accomplished. Eat the meat and spit out the bones. Stay focused on what matters and receive it!
