Like someone else stated, usually they do rent increases right around your anniversary date( a year from the day u moved in on then every year round that same day) Thats crazy, to not only go up for the following month but again a month later. My mom discovered a few years back that she could get a house for what she was paying in rent. They only did raise in rent once a year. There is programs to help ppl get into a house. Least then u paying towards something that one day will be owned n apt u never will just padding Apts pockets Everyone needs to rant, makes u feel better to get it out. Awesome haul, don’t mind the rant, we all need an outlet sometimes and rent going up over 200$ ya I would have a colorful choice of words on that. And that’s what it sounds like trying to force you out. Normal for apartments to do that crap. Tfs ❤😊
I can’t believe you want us out we never bother anyone pay early most of the time but never late. I hope they get people in here that don’t pay and they will see how good they had it. I’m on Zillow everyday now looking. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great idea I am going to do that. I’m not very good at coloring yet but I think it’s because the markers I’m using just don’t blend. Thanks for that tip. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
@PaperJourney I use alcohol markers. They are very user friendly! I just got a big set from temu. They virtually blend themselves... watercolor pencils are another one of my favorite coloring mediums. Give the one or the other a try and let me know what you think.

I'm sorry your rent is going up. My mother's rent will go up $230.00 next month. She is 91 years old. She lives on a very limited income. Very fun haul.

Same rent story here in WI and this is a senior independent living housing place. Our rents are outrageous also! Hope you find a great place.
