Here is a tip to cutting onions with no tears; peel the skin and place your onion in the freezer for 10-15 minutes prior to cutting. And, when chopping always leave the root on the onion. Works everytime 😉
I bought one of those cheap 9” fans at Home Depot and when I cut onions I set it in front of the cutting board to pull the air away from me. It works great but doesn’t do much for anyone sitting downwind. You guys videos are always thumbs up. Keep them coming.
Great video, Brooklyn Brothers Cooking - Papa P & Chef Dom. Looking forward to your next upload! I hit the thumbs up icon on your post. Keep up the awesome work. The way you explained the history of chapeno was fascinating! How do you think regional variations of this dish have influenced its popularity in different areas?
We'll be going to a family Feast of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve (there'll be some Eyetalaians there...lol), but I don't think anybody's makin' Cioppino. Oh well, I'm makin' a Stromboli for those who don't want only fish. This looks damn good, I may do it for New Year's Eve just for us.
You guys really know how to make cooking feel like an experience! Thanks for sharing your passion for cooking. 🙂

Cippino is slang for chip in. The fisherman would get off boasts and chip in fish, seafood and they made a huge caldron pf seafood soup. Cippino
That’s an interesting and very likely true story!
Merry Christmas guys
Thanks, Tony! Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Where do you buy your clams? I'm trying to find them here in Dallas but they're hard to come by.
@@getbands in Garland at an Asian market. Don’t remember the name, but it’s on Walnut & Jupiter
Also Central market has them

@@BrooklynBrothersCooking Same back at ya.
When did you add canned tomatoes??? It looks like you changed to tomato paste.
Add the crushed tomatoes with the clam juice and veg stock. Gonna have the fire the camera man 😂
Je chops excatly like Daddy Jack! Whp taught who? I mean exactly samke knife skills.
Is it ok yo substitute clam juice with fish stock? Clam juice is hard to get in Europe.
Fish stock works well
@BrooklynBrothersCooking Thanks. Happy Christmas 🎄🎁
Tilapia?!!!
🤔
That one threw me for a loop too
