  • In English He is called Jesus, in Hebrew He is called Yeshua. But what did Jesus's own disciples and earliest followers call Him and do we know how it was pronounced? In this video we will take a scholarly look at how Jesus's name changed as it was translated and transliterated into different languages and pronounced by different cultures over time. This is the history of Jesus's name!

"So, Jesus is an English translation of a Latin translation of a Greek translation of a Hebrew Translation of an Aramaic name." Love this. Such fun transliterating! :)

"Whatever you ask in my name, that I will do..." John 14:13.
My question is, in which of these names should one pray to? I imagine my African name translated, transliterated, transformed and transmitted into different languages; would it still be my name and how would I know? No wonder prayers aren't answered 🤣🤣🤣

@vax, tests = mark of beast 1 you can't have the mark of the beast without the beasts taking precedent. And, the deceit is in the miracles. It's not in the mark(s). Also, right hand... Forehead:

    • @cedricmcclendon3290

@vax, tests = mark of beast 1 how could that be? You mean to tell me, that, my mother (the only person, who made it their responsibility) to have me in church services, remember and recite scriptures, the only person, who I used to look at and ask "how could anyone still believe in God after all they've been through" who has never done anything for as long as I can remember to make me question their salvation, ever... Has constantly, even til this day, encouraged me to never give up on God. Just because, they weren't on the internet to watch so-called "truthers" expose those tests, and or vaccines (masks) they are guilty. TH-cam is the only way I knew about those conspiracies. God told me nothing of being at risk. So, I got lucky (I guess). I've fasted, read (daily). I read the entirety of the new testament over a decade ago and started over (genesis). I momentarily loss vision in my left eye a few weeks back and guess, who prayed for me. Why would God turn His back on people, that I know are and have always been committed Christians (not perfect) vs me... a half assed believer, who hasn't lived up to half the believer, that they are and have always been. Someone, who, got lucky, because, he saw someone in the comments section of one of a call's videos and hasn't been vaxxed-tested. I've worn a mask... If these people deserve to burn for eternity, then so do I. I haven't been nearly as faithful as they have. And renouncing one's faith is a death sentence. However, I could never stand firm in God knowing that babies are also tested and given the vaxx (ages 5 and younger have also been approved). Pregnant women are also told that the shots offer some protection for new borns. So, what you're saying is, even kids, who aren't the age of accountability are doomed for being tested/vaxxed? Even babies? My brother, who nearly died had to be rushed to the ER in an ambulance and was required to be tested. I've asked God several times and I've gotten that it's a deception. I believe in the pre tribulation rapture and have several scriptures to back up my claims. I've been debating people since 2020. The test don't make it to the forehead. They follow the nasal passages (moreso to the back of the throat). The vaxx aren't in the right palm (hand) either.

      @vax, tests = mark of beast 1
      Revelation 7:9, 14
      9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
      Isaiah 57:1-2
57 The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.
2 He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness.
^The preceding verses, at the very least, implies, that, God will take away the righteous, allowing death to claim a righteous person, in order to protect them from any future evil to come. So, if God would use death as a way to protect the righteous, why wouldn't He rapture them, allowing them to go through the great tribulation, after receiving His promises (sealing the foreheads)? Why would He allow any believer to be at risk of being deceived by a mark, or marks, when 2 thessalonians 2:10-11 obviously reads, that, this particular delusion sent by God, is for those, who refuse to love the truth?
      2 thessalonians 2:10-11
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
And, as revelation reveals that the antichrist will use miracles, in order to obtain global worship.
      Revelation 13:14
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
The deception is in the miracles, it's not completely in the mark, itself.
If the mark itself could precede the antichrist, while containing the power to damn a person's soul, then, there would be no need to have an antichrist rise to power. The deed of deception has already been fulfilled in the mark.
Additionally, the great tribulation indicates, that, there are more than likely, more people than not, who receive salvation (revelation 7:9,14) in the midst of mass persecution.
      Genesis 3:14
14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
God will not take an l. to the devil. "You shall eat the dust" The previous verse has been interpreted as a future esque circumstantial event, when you keep the wording of that scripture in its original context. And eat the dust is as to eat my dust, so as to take a loss (courtesy of Dr. Gene Kim). Shalt = shall
      verb
      1.
(in the first person) expressing the future tense.
"this time next week I shall be in Scotland"
      2.
ex pressing a strong assertion or intention.
      "they shall succeed"
Satan ultimately loses in the end and hasn't eaten the dust as of yet as interpreted by some (as he took a loss when doubting Job/crucifying Christ). We aren't there yet.
Do you really think, that, you, or I could openly discuss salvation, Jesus Christ, the mark(s), while the antichrist rules in a position of certain, but temporary leadership lol?
If the tests, vaxx and possibly masks are the marks, then, what will be the image, that some will choose to worship, or not worship, allowing death to come upon them?
      Revelation 13:15
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Take into consideration, the peace treaty with Israel? There are also two witnesses, who will be killed and then resurrected in the streets for the whole world to see, causing some to give God the glory?
      Revelation 11:3, 5, 7, 8, 13
3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
All those things have yet to occur... A lot has to happen before the great tribulation begins. Not sure if the witnesses appear before the mark.... But, at that time, people are allowed a change of heart (revelation 11:13)
You can't have a mark without the antichrist either. The reason why people, who worship the beast are damned, is because, they've technically broken the first commandment (Thou shalt have no other gods before me). It's idolatry and by accepting the mark, it's a sure sign of allegiance to the beast and his system. That can also be taken as an act of idol worship. And the image as well, is once again, idolatry. If I take the vaxx and I am guiltless of sin, what will Jesus say to me on judgment day, "you've cleansed yourself of sin and lived in holiness, but you received a medical treatment, that one time"
      Matthew 10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
There is no form of technology (nano), that can destroy a person's soul, unless it ties in with the antichrist's being. Until then, it is only sin, that can achieve destroying a person's soul. Like...breaking the first commandment... The mark is a man's number, not only a robotic, or technological one.
      Revelation 13:18
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
      He'll be human...
      1 Corinthians 15:50
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Our physical bodies were disqualified from entering heaven, the moment Adam and Eve sinned. Any nano tech within a person's biological make-up didn't cause flesh and blood to miss heaven. It was Adam eating of the tree of good and evil that caused a regression.
Revelation 9:20-21clearly states that those, who, have the mark do not repent. Instead, they curse and blaspheme God. Why do you think God sends plagues upon them to begin with? In my opinion, it's to get them to repent before it's too late. Otherwise, He wouldn't torture them for five months. Because, it'd be pointless for God to torture the damned, prior to sending them to hell. He'd just kill them instead and then send them to hell, in order to await a final judgement of the things done while in the body (2nd death). What purpose does torture serve for a damned soul? It has to be for repentance (This is what I have come to believe).
      Revelation 9:20-21
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
See? These are those, who are marked do not repent... Why would God put that in there, unless it was possible? Dial back: I know plenty saved Christians, who've been both tested and vaxxed. If they had the mark, they would have renounced God, fallen away and not repented for it. And why have both marks? My great aunt took the vax and when she died it's stated that she did with a peaceful smile on her face. She experienced none of the plagues spoken of in revelation. I could go further about the rapture taking place before all of this, if you'd like
Even if you do ask God to show you current events, He's already left all I need to know in His word.

I think it is important to understand, all scripture origin is Hebrew.....not one Hebrew would write Holy Scripture "The Word of God" in a Gentile Language. We know, the Torah, Tanakh, Psalms and Proverbs all in Hebrew, they studied, read the Holy Bible daily, they memorized it and remember, the Lord came but only for the Lost Sheep of Israel. When Paul spoke to Israel, he spoke Hebrew....when the Lord spoke to Paul, he spoke Hebrew. Their names are all Hebrew names!
By the word of Nehemiah, it would be a sin not to speak Hebrew....Hebrew is the Language of their Fathers! So, the Hebrew bible was translated into Greek, Aramaic, Latin and many other languages including English.
Example: Matthew 27:47 Why did he and others hear this? Answer: Because in Hebrew Mark 15:34/Matthew 27:46 sounds similar to Elijah but the Lord called on the God....Ref - Nehemiah Gordon Clips (youtube channel) "Jesus Spoke Hebrew"
Next Acts 21:40 and 22:2 and Acts 26:14

Man I love the way you articulate and explain things. Keep going 💪

    • @stephenmarlowe3907
      @stephenmarlowe3907 ปีที่แล้ว

You can be deceived by how one articulates. Satan is the great articulate speaker, who convinced a third of heaven to buy into his argument.
      "Behold, God is my salvation,
      I will trust and not be afraid;
      ‘For YAH, the Lord, is my strength and song;
He also has become my salvation’” (Isaiah 12:2).
Christ's name was not the common Aramaic name (Yeshua), but rather a unique Hebrew name (YAHSHUA). Everything in this video explains what man did to change the very revealed name of God our Savior, which was revealed by God the Father. Here is why it matters, the apostle Peter testified, as recorded in Acts 4:12, "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Since God pronounced the name of salvation, it matters how the name of salvation is pronounced. Modern Christians, when confronted with the true name of Christ as opposed to Jesus, say that pronunciation does not matter, and yet, God revealed, a pronounced the name. The Gospel warns against rejecting this one revealed name. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:16-18). Therefore, it matters that we pronounce the name as revealed by God. YAHSHUA is the only revealed name of salvation, these others are counterfeits: Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, Yeshua, Joshua, Isa, Hey-zeus, oh according to this video we have another contender: Isho. Notice the YAH in YAHSHUA, as YAH is the name which is above every name. Hear the testimony of the apostle Paul, "Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name (YAH) which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Messiah is LORD, to the glory of God the Father" (Philippians 2:9-11). Halleluyah, Praise YAH, Praise YAHSHUA! All the counterfeit names are devoid of the name (YAH) which is above every name!

Slight correction. At about 0:08, the video says that "Jesus" is "Isa" (عِيسَى) in Arabic. In fact, however, that's specifically what Jesus is called in the Quran, not what his name is in Arabic. Only Muslims call him Isa.
Lebanese Maronites, and as far as I know, all other Arab Christians, call him "Yasua" (يسوع) or "Yasua al-Massih" ( يسوع المسيح), meaning "Jesus the Messiah," i.e., "Jesus Christ." "Yasua" is pronounced "Ye-soo-aa."

“Name” as referenced in that passage refers to the specific type/level/parameters of authority carried by/in the person, NOT to the affixed label used to address him. This is why the Father’s “name” is above every “name” that can be “named” - meaning that no higher authority exists. It also means that regardless of what label a culture uses to address the Son, his name/authority remains the same for all.

Mere sophistry. When I was a child, I thought like a child. But as an adult, I interrogate fairy tales using the strictest and balanced historical, archaeological, scientific, and intellectual arguments or facts available - connecting all the dots as far as the rabbit hole would lead me to, to come to a conclusion. There was no Jesus in the first place, let alone to debate his real name or race etc. A supposed God who called us his brothers and sisters and that we would do all the miracles he did and even do more than what he did! Question:
If we would do as he did and even do more, what would that make us? Gods right!? So would we continue to have the Trinity God in one or Multiple Gods in one? God of multitudes!!!
Every name has a meaning and is a frequency or vibration. Thus, translating a name from one language to another makes it lose its resonance or power behind it. There's no real power behind the name Jesus because it a construct of a cynical mind. That name has simply been adopted by all kinds of spirits to hoodwink people. People use all manner of spirits or "powers" acquired from diverse sources and have used it to usurp the supposed powerful name Jesus for their selfish ends. People have been tricked into believing because, they realize its a name people easily ascribe and succumb to.
The letter J - till date, is not in the Hebrew alphabets. Its just about 400 years old. The first century Christians did not know our allegorical Christ as Jesus. Check the early scriptures to confirm it to you. Yet, the modern Bible tells us that the name Jesus (a Roman creation) is above all names! Translate the name Jesus into Latin and see if the name you get has any respectful meaning or significance. Yet, we keep on hearing it is the name above all names! A supposed God who calls upon his God at the point of death and asking why has He (The Most High Creator forsaken him!?)The historicity of our allegorical Christ is in serious question. The stack evidence points to the fact that he never existed but was created by the Romans. Let's go back to church history prior to 352 AD and ask more questions.
The whole story is originally an astro-theological story recounting the movement of nature's best representative of our unseen creator as perceived by pagans (what we would today call rural folks) - the Sun.

Here is a better testimony: No, it is YAHSHUA. The New Testament was written in Koine Greek, so does not contain the Biblical Hebrew name of Messiah either - it only contains the Greek name. And since Modern Hebrew is a language that was invented in the late 1800s, how is it possible to reliably back transliterate the name? If I am mistaken can somebody please tell me what Biblical manuscript the name Yahshua is written in?

Most of the video is good, except for the conclusion. This is from someone who studies Aramaic almost everyday, 'Isho' is just an Aramaic dialect of dozens that can be found in the last 2000 years. Even English has changed since the 1400's. In both Judaean and Galilean Aramaic, the Messiah's name would be pronounced exactly as the Hebrew -- Yeshua with the last letter as a guttural 'ayin'; similar to Gomorrah which is actually Amorrah, however, translators add the 'G' since it's similar to a guttural 'ayin' i.e., the 16th letter of the Hebrew/Aramaic alphabet.

One small error I noticed; you got it a little bit backwards when talking about Latin. “Vulgar Latin” was not the Lingua Franca of the Romans, in fact “Vulgar Latin” as a term specifically refers to the regional/provincial dialects. (Which later evolved into the Romance languages, including Italian, Sardinian, Spanish, French, Romanian, et cetera.) the Lingua Franca of Rome, or at least the form of Latin spoken by the government, would be what we refer to as “Classical Latin.”

To the creator if this channel: thank you for this explanation. However, I want to share with you how I came to believe in the power of the Savior's Name in whatever language it is spoken based on my experience and that of a relative as he told me his experience. Mine first: when I read Revelation 3:20, I got convicted by the verse. I got down on my knees and in my heart and mind, without opening my mouth, said to Him, "Now I know what has been lacking in my life...it's You. Jesus, forgive me for not knowing that You have been knocking at the door of my heart and my life all these years. I'm sorry for all of my sins. Come into my heart and my life, I open the door to You." Right away, His presence came so strongly into me, suffusing my whole being from the top of my head to the soles of my feet with a feeling of peace and joy so indescribable that it stayed with me for the rest of the day that I felt like shouting to everyone my discovery! My second experience years later: a demonic being attacked me and covered my body...it was so heavy that I couldn't move. In shock and terror, I could only whisper, "Jesus." Immediately, that demonic presence was lifted from me...it was replaced by a peace and calm that drove away all the terror I felt. Now to my relative: He was walking one night through a woody trail, and a flying demonic being swooped down on him. In his panic and fear, he shouted, "Jesum Salvatorre!" He said that right away, the demonic being left him. He asked me how could that phrase which a friend of his taught him be so powerful? I answered that I think it was latin(?), which meant, "Jesus, Savior" or "Jesus save me..or Jesus saves." I believe it's because God looks at our hearts (1 Samuel 16:7), and He knows when we call upon Him.

It was the second time I called on Jesus to save me, and he did. I finally learned my lesson that evening. I go around to all the "paranormal/supernatural" channels I can find that talk about "shadow people" and "hatman" and comment with my testimony, in all its details, including the fact that the thing that attacked me later impersonated my little brother in at least three households after his suicide. Everyone who saw it thought it was Jimmy's ghost, but they all described the things that attacked Jimmy and our cousin as children, and which attacked me in my early 20s.
      God bless.

      Very well said.
I have felt His presence before, too.
      When I was 14.
I was so full of happiness and joy.
I said a very sincere prayer. And I felt it.
I was at my Grandparents house. I shared my news that I was saved.
They were missionaries and were both so happy.
I am much much older now and have back slid so many times over the decades.
I am sincerely looking for Him and want Him to be in charge of every angle of my life. I want to obey Him and learn from Him.
I long to feel His presence.
I just hope that I haven't back slid and sinned so much that He feels that I'm a reprobate.
I have asked for forgiveness and to be cleansed and shown what He wants me to do.
I was baptized January 2021. And have turned away from my old ways.
I catch myself when I am doing wrong and ask for forgiveness.
      I'm really scared.
I hope He hasn't given up on me for sinning so much.
I really feel like we are in the last days, and I really want to do whatever He wants me to do. And to know what to say when I am trying to spread the Word.

Revelation is a fraud. No connection to Jesus or his apostles or even the mass killer Saul (aka Paul)
The group that put the NT together said that they had no book of prochecy so looked for one. They chose the fraud book simpley because there were no such books found that met the requirements.

Aside from all that, Jesus was a Tibetan yogic master.
Walking on water was a metaphore for expressing grace no matter how hard people are trying to aggravate you.
Causing the blind to see meant teaching people how to think and speak in parables and understand such a form of conceptual thought, rather than literal meanings and definitions.
I just felt I needed to share that after watching this.

He also did heal the blind so he can see, he was really blind. You need to go back and not only read the Bible scripture but you also got to know it a k.a understand The Bible Scripture for yourselves. Yes there's is some thing's CHRIST spoke of is a metaphore, but nevertheless it also spiritual knowledge and always The Truth.

Yeshua's real name is correctly called Esu and should be Esu Immanuel in Aramaic language. Aramaic is the language of Esu and it is an old language derived in Sumeria, just as Hebrew is also from Sumeria. The people of Syria speak in Aramaic. How Aramaic made it to Nazareth is questionable because Esu and his 12 Disciples and the whole cast spoke in Aramaic including his parents Joseph and Mary, and his wife Mary Magdalene and all had dark olive complexion, as mentioned in the Bible. Hence, how the Jewish people made them all out as Jewish is questionable, as the Jews are fair complexion. It is therefore, the Jews are not related to the Hebrews and vice versa. The same for Father Abraham and Moses. They were all Hebrews and dark in complexion. How the Jews copied their stories from Sumeria and made them their own Torah, we'll never know?!

His name is what is given to us in the written Biblical manuscripts, authored by the Holy Spirit. He is only named personally in the New Testament which was written in Koine Greek, not Modern Hebrew. His name is not given to us in Hebrew so trying to change it is very shaky territory in my opinion. Modern Hebrew is a language that was invented in the late 1800s. It is simply not possible to back transliterate the Greek name to Modern Hebrew and be certain that this is his actual name. This is going beyond what is written and is tantamount to claiming God's word is wrong and that he gave us incorrect information and we need to change it.

Love Greetings to All! Read the Gospels! Christ said his name had his FATHER's name (YAHUAH) in His name, for YAH joined with His Son and they became One, as the apostles became One with the Holy Spirit, FATHER and Christ! Gospel of John 5, verse 43! John 14, verse 23! Yahusha or Yahshua! YAH is GOD! Read All of John, slowly! The Word of YAHUAH was the Angel of YAH's Presence (Exodus 3, verse 2; 14, verse 19), who spoke through the Fire for FATHER GOD and who was sent to the Earth and became Christ! They were One before, and They became One again! The 7 Spirits of YAH or 7 Arch Angels of YAH, were given to Christ, after His Resurrection and Glorious Transformation, for All the Power and Authority of YAHUAH, were given to HIS Son, over mankind and All of the angels of YAHUAH! Read Revelation! Notice that this Angel is Capitalized, while all other Arch Angels and lesser angels, such as the prophet in Revelation 22, verse 9, who became an angel, are not capitalized! Notice Psalm 110 and how FATHER is LORD and Son is Lord! Love to All! Read Jeremiah 30, verse 9! I Am He, reincarnated, just as Elijah was reincarnated and became John the Baptist, and just as the rest of the dead (2nd Harvest of Fruits) are given a 2nd Life, but still are vulnerable to the 2nd death (Lake of Fire), who must prove themselves worthy to attain the Gift of the Holy Spirit, which is to receive Eternal Life, as an angel of YAH! Matthew 11, verses 11 through 15! Revelation 7; 14; 19; 20; 22! Amen!!!!!!! AMEN!!!!!!! VJS (Prophet of YAH and Christ) :) :) :) 03-08-2022!

    01) IEUESHUO - English Transliteration of the Ancient Hebrew Name
Spoken by: OBaRI (Hebrew) peoples in the time of IEUESHUO (Joshua) Son of NUN AND at the time of IEUESHUO the MaSHICH (about 2000 years ago)
Letter names: ID-EA-UU-EA-SHaN-UU-ON - seven letters, ancient Hebrew letter names
Alphabet(s) it was most likely written in: Ancient Pictographic Hebrew, Paleo (aka Middle) Hebrew, Paleo Aramaic, Elephantine Aramaic (aka Late Hebrew) and Square Estrangelo Aramaic (what the MaSHICH wrote in)
    Said as: ee-eh-oo-eh-sh-oo-oh
IEUESHUO is the ancient Hebrew version of Joshua Son of NUN's (and hence the MaSHICH's) Name with the full tetragrammaton as a prefix. It thus gave full esteem to the AB (Father) as did almost 70 other names of ISHaRaALites. This is what IEUESHUO most likely called Himself and is what his followers called Him. The Name IEUESHUO is not written in the Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC) because the scribes IN CHARGE of this codex have conspired to mutilate all theophoric names (names with a god's name in them) to make us forget the name of IEUE our AB (Father). There is much scripTURal proof in verse MEANINGS that the Son had the AB's full name in it. For example, IEUESHUO said, "I came in my Father's Name".

Actually Heaven was added to replace the word sky the word in Hebrew is Shamayim and it means sky but the English translates it to Heaven
Also Father is derive from the Latin God's name dis pater which means rich father
Therefore we should call the creator Abba not Father
God is not even the creator's name The God word is a German word and it's not in the original Hebrew and Greek manuscripts even Bible translators admit that Lord and God replaces the creator's true name
God is another word for the serpent it says in 2nd Corinthians 4:4 Satan the God of this world
The God word is used in other religions therefore it cannot be the creator's name
The creator's true name is IEUE and IEUE is found in the sea scrolls and mentioned by Pope Innocent the 3rd in his sermons around the 12th century

It’s only within the last ~200 years that “J” in English took on its modern characteristic sound. Before that “J” made more of a “Y” sound. Latin began to write “I” with a curve at the bottom to distinguish between the use of a long verse short Ii which eventually resulted in a letter in English (Jj) which doesn’t exist in the Latin alphabet. When names with “J” were originally translated into English with “J” though it was mimicking the Greek which would have been verbalized similarly 200+ years ago, but with the changes in the way that modern English is verbalized it now sounds very different.

@@stephenmarlowe3907 One big problem with you theory is that in Acts 4:10 the “name,” he’s referring to us written as “Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ.” Not as YAHSHUA. In fact, there is not a single writing from any Apostle where Christs name is written like that. So you’re inventing your beliefs from your imagination. Or more likely someone else told you that and you’re too ignorant to know better.

Awesome vid, but why would J man be called Yaweh saves if he is still not the savior? Could it be that Jusus or Isho is a title or adopted name or was this really a popular name before the crusificion?

Jesus or Isho are names, however, not the names of the Savior. 7:30 Im Assyrian, we are native Aramaic speakers. Isho is Jesus real name and it's pronounced E-Sho, its not pronounced how he says it here. the letter I is pronounced like the english letter E
His entire name in Aramaic is Isho M'Sheekha (Pronounced Mmm Shee Kha and the KH sound comes from your throat) which means "Jesus the Messiah"

Well, while hearing your explanation came to my memory that the origin of the name was not the meaning expressed in the way a person of the region where Jesus grows would pronounce it, but the name was given to Joseph by an angel. What language intended the angel to use? The regional only or the general as the ´Mandarin Chinese´? Or, was it in real Hebrew to concord with the Scriptures so no one had a misunderstanding about the real meaning? 🧐

      @vax, tests = mark of beast 1
My question had nothing to do with vaccines, masks or the mark of the beast. I simply am curious about knowing the Angel told Mary to call him Emmanuel.
I don’t see anywhere in scripture where it says that it was a symbolic request. In fact Gabriel told her you shall CALL his NAME Emmanuel. That’s very direct in my opinion. Leaves no room for conjecture.
Just something I toss around in my head.
Please don’t assume that I need spiritual guidance. It’s just a question. It’s a little insulting actually, I’m fine. My walk with God is very intense, Of course we can always do better.
having a stranger presume that I’m not doing something I’m supposed to be doing is offensive. It’s judgmental and critical, not Christian like at all.

Love your content. On this subject in particular, my own studies conclude that Jesus actually means; "Salvation Jehovah" deliberately chosen by God and which describes exactly what, as well as who, Jesus is/was. However, the close derivative; Joshua, means "Jehovah is salvation", a statement of fact, rather than a personalisation of the individual.

I have a question about what I heard, but I don't know if its true or not.
I heard Constantine wanted his people to worship... The Son of the One True God.
    Isho, Yeshua, Jesus...
And since he was a greek leader, he knew they worshipped Zeus.
And changed it to Jesus which sounds like "Hey Zeus" in Spanish which has strong Latin base root words.
I heard he did this to make the conversion of changing religions of the Greek gods (small g) to Our Lord and Savoir easier for them to adjust to.
Just my 2 cents that will probably add to the mystery.
I think you are right about Him being called His name in Aramaic since that was the language of where He was born and grew up as well as His Mother, family, and friends also would have spoken this language.
I love Him with all my heart and I will ask Him what name He prefers once I can join Him in the Kingdom.

      Why wait to ask Him?
Read this and seek Him now in THIS life, He is waiting for people to seek Him NOW (God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. - John 4:24
) in this life, God say "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart." I pray the verses will be a light unto your path. (Psalm 119:105
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.)

      Romans 10:9-13
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

      which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you,
unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received,
      how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures
      Isaiah 1:18

though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
      1 John 1:8-10
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,

Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
      Matthew 1:23

      John 1:1-14
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God,
even to them that believe on his name:
Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,

and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
      Revelation 1:17-18

I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
      Galatians 1:3-5
Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,
Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world,
according to the will of God and our Father: To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
      Luke 11:13

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door,
I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
      John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Even the crappy Japanese car as 'toyota' would sound as
'toyota' on every language of the world, yet the Adversary made sure that we di not know the name and translated to different languages differently that meaning and pronunciation of the Name would be lost.
However, it is not lost and true seekers are finding out and honoring that Name that Peter and John declared in front of Sanhendreen (Acts 4:10-12)
It is YAHUSHUA Ha'NAZARENE, it is by this name the sick rose, the lame walked and resurrected from the dead.
As we get closer to the end, everyone should harken to this name and praise the YAHUAH for providing such great salvation and forgiveness of sins.

That only cause they don't know the Bible and Jesus name, let a lone what he taught. Ppl are waiting for Jesus to return and set up his kingdom here on earth but they miss the part where he said his kingdom ALREADY come and his kingdom comes WITHOUT observation, just like he said the keys of the kingdom is WITHIN YOU. Jesus said first thing u do is seek the kingdom and 2nd thing he said is the kingdom is inside each and every one of us. I know where its not and that is buildings we call churches but bible says in acts 7:48 the most High dwelleth NOT in temples made with hands, so other words God doesn't hang around in no man made temples, so its impossible to find God in ANY man made building. You can only find God in the ONE temple NOT built by human hands and thats the temples built between ur forehead. Most ppl are cursed by their traditions Jesus said. Most ppl know what their pastors says bout Jesus but don't know what Jesus says bout Jesus. I got a bite, ill show u things the "church" will never show u and what few ppl know, cause FEW ppl are chosen to know the MYSTERIES of the kingdom of god.... let's do an experiment, u tell me how YOU believe you can be saved and ill show u the correct way christ taught, this is going to be funny cause most ppl ain't got a clue they been controlled thousands of years and u might understand why they call tge time period of Christianity birth the dark ages.. please tell me how to be "saved"

    One correction.
    Isho’ only appears in East-Syriac.
In West-Syriac it’s Yeshu’. This has something to do with the early pronunciation of the Word Yshu’. West- and East-Syriac evolved separately from the Aramaic dialect of Edessa and Jesus name in this dialect is Yshu’ (without a vowel or a long vowel between the Yod and the Shin).

This what happen when you try to use english alphabet and their crazy inconsistent pronouciation to old semitic language, there is no letter 'u' or 'o' or even 'y', yes 'waw' can be 'O' in some part and not in most part, in aramaic alphabet his name is spelled yoot-shin-waw-ain (Isho), in arabic ain-ya-seen-waw (Isa), all of these four letter doesnt exist in english alphabet that we used, if we were to translate that pronoucation to english in word it can be around 50 words, but the most accurate is aramaic one, Eeshoa, 2nd in arabic Īsā, 3rd in hebrew Yeshua, but it can be pronounced 'Yee-sho' in hebrew too, calling him Ye-shu-wa is like calling trump 'trumpoa', its not his real name, Yeshuwa probably used by some jew who really hate Jesus at that time.

@@ammarhaziq919 Oh no, you must know that the first letter can never be a vowel. It is the same in Aramaic and Hebrew. That's why the yod can never be a vowel at the beginning of the word yshu'. If you still want to start with a vowel, you have to write an Alaf at the beginning, as in the Aramaic word for tree "Ilana" (ܐܝܠܢܐ/אילנא). Since you always have to start with an Alaf if you want to start with a vowel in the pronunciation. That is why the yod at the beginning by the word Yeshu’ (ܝܫܘܥ) is a consonant (Y) and not a vowel. This is very important and fundamental in almost all Semitic languages and scripts.
And in Aramaic, there is no "a" at the end in ayin (ܥ). This occurs only in Hebrew.
The pronunciation “Eeshoa” is not Aramaic.

I am really needing an answer to this and I will continue to wait on the Holy Spirit because I KNOW HE WILL ANSWER ME. I just cannot understand when and why this name change happened? In Matthew 1:23 Joseph was visited by an Angel who told him to name him Immanuel? He literally said: Call HIS name Immanuel??? He did not say Jesus or Joshua or that Immanuel was just a description of who He is??? No he said: CALL HIS name IMMANUEL!!! Then on verse 25 it says Joseph called HIM HIS name JESUS??? There is truly something Wrong here and I am wondering if this relates to the scripture where Immanuel says: depart from me I never knew you?

Jesus of course had a name but a lot of the adjectives that people used to call him ended up being like His “other names”… kinda
    2:50
First thing first, Greek influence is called Hellenisation because our country is called Hellas not Greece.
This is another problem that Romans caused and it’s not for that video.
    We are Hellenes not greks…
In Galilee they were living many Hellenes because the area was colonised by Hellenes.
Many of the Apostles had Hellenic names like:
    *Peter*
Peter’s name was Simon but Jesus Himself gave him the Hellenic name Peter that derives from the term πέτρα/pétra that means rock in Hellenic.
Pétra > Pétros (Πέτρος) > Peter
    *Andrew*
Andrew derives from the term Ανδρείος/andríos which means brave, with courage.
Ανδρείος > Ανδρέας (andréas) > Andrew.
    *John*
In Hellenic the name is Ιωάννης/Ioànnes which means the son (iòs) of Anna.
John had been in exile in Pátmos Hellas where he wrote the book of Revelation in Hellenic!
    *Phillip*
Another Hellenic name. Phillip is a translation of the Hellenic name Φίλιππος/Fílippos which means the friend (fílos) of the horses (ippos).
Now, Jesus’ names was Εμμανουήλ/Emmanouíl > Emanuel in English which means the God is among you in Hebrew I think.
Jesus derives from the Hellenic Ιησούς.
Ιησούς ( iisùs) derives from the word ίασης/íasis which means healing.
Because Jesus is the Healer of our souls and bodies.
    Also, Jesus is called Christ.
In Hellenic Χριστός/Christòs from the term χρισμένος/chrisménos = anointed.
Jesus is called Christòs because He was anointed, He was symbolically smeared with oil, with the task to save the Human kind.
    5:50
Note that Ιησούς is NOT pronounced as Iésus.
Ι and η are making the same sound in Hellenic.
    Ιι \
Ηη / are both i as in is, this, think, pink…
*Ιησούς* is pronounced as *Iisùs* in Hellenic.
Ηη is not pronounced as e.
This is the Erasmian shit-thing pronunciation that the English speakers are using.
There is absolutely *NO ONE* none Hellene never spoke Hellenic like that!
Please, stop using the Erasmian pronunciation!
Erasmus was a Danish git that he gave in the Hellenic letters the sound that he thought it was the right!
Jesus was speaking Aramaic, Hellenic and Hebrew.
In His Cross it was written the letters ΙΝΒΙ which in Hellenic are meaning:
    Ιησούς / iisùs
    Ναζωραίος / Nazorèos
    Βασιλεύς / vasiléfs
    Ιουδαίων / Iudéon
Jesus of Nazareth, the King of Jews.
In a wooden plank there were writing in Hellenic, Latin and Hebrew.
