I warn all parents i know now that sleepovers are gateways for future trauma and sleep problems. Dont let the adversary get your children. Mine are still very little and share a room with either me or their dad (we take it in turns) so we can be watchful over them at night. We pray over their beds, their minds, their bodies and spirits so that they won't succumb to the evil that comes out at night. The Lord is a God of Light. Keep your children under His light.

I did many sleepovers growing up in the late 1960's and 70's, and while I never had a bad experience, I look back on some of the situations and shudder thinking of what could have happened. When I was about 12, I spent the night with a friend I didn't really know that well and her Mom was single and she had a date staying over with her and they were smoking marijuana and drinking. Very dangerous situation with a preteen girl. Anyway, in this day and time, you would have to be so careful.
