Sir, I don't know about Maharashtra but Gujarat has the same condition as of Bihar 22 years ago, then the Showman came and became chief minister of Gujarat, started vibrant Gujarat, as of his first year it was flopped and there were no bigger investments and small investments were made by NRI Gujaratis, at that time BJP was struggling at national level there were no funds, still they managed to get tata motors on board for their nano plant and encouraged other automobile companies to set up their plants in Gujarat to generate 20000 jobs at the same time, without the support of central rival government. On the other hand there is UP and Bihar, where their state politicians were running land grabbing, water tankers, kidnapping and murder mafias(we also have bootleggers). Then how can companies can trust these states. As of now UP is on his way to achieve because of encounters of mafias. If there are land grabbers in state, no company will survive.. So it is not the central but the state who can handle land grabbers and mafias and ensure security of the companies in the state.
