I carve a dinner plate, cook and enjoy the stay in the tent in this typical danish winter weather, together with the dogs.

I got a new camera: Sony ZV-1
I am not use to it, and i should have practiced a bit more before using it.
There is som fotage that is very bad, focus and noise.
I apologise.
The entrance
The entrance is 3 layers with zippers.
I got tired of the dogs and cat ran out and in, and if it was bad weather, i had to zip it every time.
So i made this fabric hanging from between 2 and outer layer, hanging out.
The soup
- [] Butter - [] 1 egg - [] 500 g. Potatoes - [] 2 leeks - [] Broth cube chickens - [] coconut milk instead of cream - [] lemon - [] salt / pepper
Cook the ingrediens before adding water and cream/coconut
Boil for 15-20 min. and blend.
Watch out with the citrus, i added to much.
I could not blend it, but i did with the leftovers when i got home, and it was better
I did not cook the ingrediens good enough before adding fluids, it must have some color, and maybe that will make a huge difference.
I was not impressed with my end result.
Musen:
My dog eats raw chicken every night. Besides that she has dry food available all day.
Musen (the mouse) is a labradoodle
She is half brown labrador and half black/white toy poodle.
Her real name is Effie, but i only use that when her hearing is bad. ;)
Cody
The black labrador is called Cody. He belongs to one of my best friends Tony that has the fishfarm downstream.
When Musen and me is at the site, Cody is with us. He loves Musen and me, and not least he knows i have food.
Cody is afraid of the bridge.
Plet Mis
The cat lives around the fishfarm together with 15-20 other cats. But this one is not afraid of either us or the dogs. She is very attention seeking and as Cody, she knows i have food.
She gave birth in early fall, for the second time, the first time we didn’t find the kittens, she must have left them somewhere. This time she did a little better, but only for a couple of months. After that when they tried to come near her, she beat them up. 3 of them is dead becourse of the weather. I found one of them in very bad conditions, and brought it in to the tent. I tried to feed it, but it was to week. The next morning it was dead laying on the reindeer skin on my chair, where i left it the night before, before i went to sleep in my hammock. The last kitten lives with Tony, it was in very bad condition as well, but now she is doing very well :) Her name is Tyson, becourse she has wine paws (boxing gloves) and becourse she bit me a couple of times, before she got use to people.

Thanks :) Lost mussels, gained fat :( from not carrying and handling logs. Yes its a very nice place, only minus is that i dont see the sun when there is leafs on the trees. The spring months are the best down there, and they are right around the corner. :) She is not fixed, but hopefully she is more mature and a better mother next time, and hopefully she doesn't have kittens next fall. :)

Creative stew lol, i do the same thing, think i have all the ingredients for a borderline gourmet feast& then meh, not so tastey. Food always tastes better shared. So good to see you again Don. I’ve missed you! I hope life has been treating you kindly, and that both you & musen are keeping well. She’s so adorable with her wood shavings on her fur. She looks like a proper woodsman’s dog & I bet she’s like that most of the time with all the cuddles she gets, bless her. I’m glad you enjoyed a comfortable, and warm night out in nature. I doubt it was very relaxing with the filming on top, but hopefully just being outside in that beautiful spot helped a little. I would happily come & chill out in there with all those home comforts, only thing missing is the hot bath for me lol. As always, sending you both much love & snuggles from a chilly, and wet U.K. too 💕 brrrr.
Ps. The platter looks beautiful already & as soon as I saw the beautiful colours of grain in the wood, I knew what you’d make. Hope we get to see the finished item. x

Once in awhile i get a negative comment for feeding her raw food. You are the first that gives me credit for it. It would be a whole lot easier to just bring dry food for her. Thanks :)
@@DonVonGun ... I get meat for my critter and sometimes I eat a little. LOL
She does get a good kibble to help with balanced nutrition, because I don't have much money and what I receive from food charities is barely suitable for me and I wouldn't dare poison my 12+ year old girl with that v stuff.

Soren👍👍 Great to see you safe, healthy and enjoying the nature again. I always wanted a camp cat, just too hard to keep them from going hunting. At least Musen hangs around the camp and doesn't run off, she's looking good as well. I've seen these Russian Bear tents used some lately, they seem to be bomb proof and perfect for your location. Glamping! Yep all the comforts of home in this one, nice. Axe work and carving were excellent, the plate turned out beautiful. Good food, good drinks, good fire, relaxing and enjoying the time, doesn't get much better. Really like that location, semi/permanent? Thanks for the video work, well done. Thanks Terry :) Amazing tent, i have never tried a tent so warm. And i like the windows as well. I love canvas, that it is breathable, the feeling being inside one, and the sound it makes when raining. But they cant keep up with the comfort with this one. Yes cats are the perfect hunters, i think it is hard to keep them from it, if they live outside. Take care :)

Great axe and knife skills. And of course cooking "Chef Don." Your tent looks very sturdy. Here in Florida there are places for homeless people but the tents are weak in the wind. How does that hold up to the wind? Is it sturdy and very water proof? I would love to help. Please let me know. Thank you.

I love your videos.. that bowl looks like it will come out nicely. You and Bertram both got me really interested in that chaga pine needle tea and I finally found some chaga and made it yesterday and it was friggin amazing.
Thanks :) Chaga is amazing, not everybody likes the taste, but it is very good for your health. It has helped me with stomach and head pains. Drink a kettle for 14 days, and you should feel a difference. :)

When i get to the tent, its cold, i lit a fire in the stove, and after 30-45 minutes it is so cosy in there that i take a nap. :D
