What's up everyone. A major theme of this channel is people and community and I wanted to try to get some of the community involved in the content so I thought I'd ask for some creative input on a couple things. I have a lot of ideas floating around and I'm sure some of you all could think of something creative and interesting to contribute to a video. A few things that I thought would be cool to experiment with: receiving questions/music/whatever from viewers opening p.o. box/giving shit away to passengers livestream what would you want to see?
Ryan Is Driving maybe having some sort of challenge for your extra fun passengers. I don't know what this could possibly entail but get creative with it!!!
All of those are great ideas, and could definitely all work! You would just need to vet all the questions and music ahead of time, but I personally would love it! Engaging viewers always makes great content
Also, (taking a bit of a note from Super Troopers) you could do challenges like having to make people say certain words without telling them, or including ridiculous words in your sentences and see if people notice. Hope this helps :)
I've watched like 5 of your videos in a row now. They're all interesting and enjoyable to watch, but what I really respect about these videos the most is seeing how much you genuinely enjoy the encounters you have. You light up when the person leaves your vehicle, and it's an incredibly refreshing thing to see. I'll be sure to stay watching your work. Keep it up man.

Ryan Is Driving Really Ryan? I thought, for a few obvious reasons, you would have said no to that question. Guess I was wrong in assuming that unless they are repeat customers you wouldn't have the time to connect with anyone enough to want to hang out with them. However, you are an extravert with a friendly personality who seems normal enough (something you never really know for sure until later on, and hopefully before it's to late), so maybe it shouldn't surprise me.

the reason why they put down horses when they have horrible injuries to there legs is because they can never heal. the horse doesn't realize it's not allowed to stand and walk on it and so the wound will never heal and infections will happen and all that.

Kristian so we're supposed to take care of the horses like amputees for the rest of their life. Idk I love animals but that seems like too much I bet there are places that are for them afterwards. It literally can't do anything after that. The shooting is pretty inhumane but it isn't a person and doesn't have sentience. It's like when my dog got cancer. I'm not spending my college fund on cancer treatment for a pet no matter how much I love it. They should move to a lethal injection but I don't think killing them is wrong because just letting them live in a wheelchair like a vegetable is kind of bad too. People make the decision for themselves to end treatment for something or pull the plug but it's either we kill the animal spend the money and space to care for it or release into the wild to die. It's almost a moral paradox since it can't choose for itself and it's seen as wrong for choosing for it.
im not saying we are supposed to do that. Im just saying we do that for humas even though they are vegetables. He is just theorizing how the world would be if we killed disabled humas. And "waste" billions to take care of elders where some of them only wish to die anyways. Then you can question why assisted suicide isnt a thing, where they just need to talk to a shrink a few times first. Its just a question before the moral line of killing and eating animals becomes killing / aborting the weakest humans. Just a cool thought experiment. Or in his case just a funny joke :)
Really enjoy the videos Ryan, but I definitely like the ones that are just spur of the moment rather than when you go in wanting to ask the passengers specific questions. Keep it up man
definitely, the "spur of the moment" videos will always be the highest priority, and they make the highest quality content in my opinion, but there's a lot more opportunity as far as volume of content when I put a little bit of planning into it.

You should look into getting night vision spotlights, you record with a regular camera but the shot is lit with light that is invisible to humans but the camera can pick it up. I think I've seen it in like nature documentaries or something... national geographic maybe
Using a low light camera is better than using a night vision camera, not only due to cost, but due to the fact that he would have to actively switch on and off the NV filter.
@Ryan, Interesting idea, you could try adding another infrared light source in the car to see if it helps with the very dark parts where you can't see the people at all
