I can tell you right now Yzuei, 1st person will make landings like these SO MUCH easier. Go 3rd person until you're on final approach, then go first person, that way you can easily aim for center. I know this one was successful, but to you and Scrapman, flying in first person make aiming for narrow passages SO much easier, if you can get used to the way it looks. Though, with Trailmakers it's rather easy to get used to it.
Hey Yzuei, I think that you might've been subconsciously facing an issue with your plane in that your center of lift was behind your center of mass, which made your plane want to nose down, and I think that you trying to fix it by moving your center of thrust down to provide a counter-force actually worked against you a bit. I say this because while yes, it did help keep you level when you were on-throttle, as soon as you let off the power, that counter-force was gone, which caused your jet to nose over again, and I think the constant switching between full throttle and no throttle might've made the jet harder to control. I'd be very curious as to what would happen if you brought your center of thrust back in line with your centers of lift and mass, and then added canards to bring your center of lift closer to your center of mass.
There was a concept called the 747-AAC, it was proposed by Boeing to the USAF as an airborne aircraft carrier (AAC) that could carry 10 Boeing Model 985-121 microfighters (this is what Yzuei was inspired by for his plane), in 1973 it was considered technically feasible but never constructed. Since 2015 the US Department of Defence has been thinking of the idea of a new airborne aircraft carrier, with the C-130 as a base to carry X-61 Gremlin UAV's. In 2021 they successfully recovered an X-61 midair with a C-130 using a system similar to aerial refuelling to connect to and reel in the drone to the cargo bay. Cool stuff in this video, and cool stuff in real life.
Should do a blind flight challenge. Build planes with two seats, one person can see outside the plane, but has no control of the aircraft. The second person has full control of the aircraft, but can't see outside it. The only thing the pilot can see is a compass, altitude sensor, and a angle sensor. The pilot must use these things and vocal information from the other player to fly the plane. They need to take off from one location, fly through a preset area, and then land the plane safely at a different location. It's something of a trust exercise.

Because so-called parasite fighters like it were never really successful, with the only successful use of such technology that I can think of is the Soviet "Zveno" carriers, and the final version that was actually produced (Albeit they only built 5) was a modified Tupolev TB-3 heavy bomber with a Polikarpov I-16 fighter-turned-dive-bomber slung under each wing. They were used very effectively in the early stages of WWII, though they didn't last very long in service, as they were superseded by more modern aircraft relatively quickly, as both the TB-3 and I-16 both entered service in the early 1930s, and were quite obsolete by the time WWII broke out. That being said, they did work surprisingly well for what they were, and I really do like them.
Day 4 of asking to make an anti-air gunner and put it on a battleship controlled by one person, AA gunner: 6 mini guns, 2 smart cannons and 2 rocket launchers. There'll be 3 tanks on the ground trying to hit the battleship. The battleship should go near the coast. Please make this 1v3 battle happen.

hmm new camera angle. ive seen you upload about some "big changes" but i haven't watched those videos yet also if you would, let scrapman know of this idea: make a plane that can stop mid-air instantly, or near instantly. idk how one would do it, but i think it could be an interesting challenge to make a plane that flies at a decent speed and can stop incredibly fast (could be useful for dodging projectiles in battles) i commented on his channel but you look at your comments more than he does i think hehe oh and if you want to try the idea too that's cool thanksss!

It's not really just frame loss, it's stuttering. Stuttering is the most annoying issue with Trailmakers and I hope the devs can fix it. It's definitely gotten worse as patches went through. It affects every version the same way. I have it on all three platforms, so I know.

Break off a piece on the front while trying to land.
