The engine brake is a sound effect only, when activated you will hear the "jake" brake sound as the truck decelerates. Also if you press the home key in the peterbilts there are strobes in the head and tail lights ;)
And thank you for promoting the download links to AEM which is where we upload the mods most of the time. Most other mod reviewers only link unauthorized uploads.
P.S. we do have an F150 available on AEM with the same level of detail and coming soon a F250 and 2 Dodge 2500's!
On the trucks, the engine brake is used to slow the semi down instead of using the foot brakes, it's pretty much just like gearing down
You do know the combine is supposed to be all the same color
And it's row crop not terra and flotation not seed
The 9630 has German tags since they are also used in Germany
The s650 is not necesarily a big combine it's only 25ft wide, a large combine is 40-45ft wide

Also that particular John deere combine is 4 wheel drive however the 2 wheel drive ones are front wheel drive
Most combines are front wheel drive, though I think the one you were using is all wheel(4 wheel drive). The easiest way to tell is that most combines, and tractors that have tire lugs( sideways or slanted bulges of rubber like on the combine in the video) are all wheel drive.
An engine break is built in electric break that slows your truck slightly, usually used when coming to a light!
Uh no. A engine brake. Is a brake that uses retarders in the engine, by using its own compression to slow the vehicle down.
And are usually prohibited in towns because they are often loud. Been driving for 6 years. ;)

You have to connect to the anhydrous tanks to make the seeder work for the case

Yeah, I love Fords and those are the best Ford models I have seen so far for Farming Simulator 2013. Those beacons are amazing for that truck too. Great video, keep it up!

The engine brake ( jake brake) is mainly used for loads that are going down hills so that you are not using your brake as much and it doesn't improve much of anything accpect help brake down a hill

Turning on the engine brake slows the truck down when you aren't pressing on the gas in big trucks like the peterbuilt and other big rigs they are called Jake brakes
If you want to change the type of trailer coding to Semi Trailer. Look for it in vehicles and edit it. :P It is quite a bit complex though.
The one thing about this so called Farm Simulation is that it looks nothing like a real big farm, the fields are just too small, the tractors and the machines misses out the physics of real traction from the surfaces and such and the buildings are just props in the background. It is only a matter of going somewhere, push a button do the task and then return. I can be impressed of any simulation game as long it looks real, hence the Flight series are those who really managed to do so (and ofc the train arc).

John deer combins go rouughly 18 to 24 miles an hour. I have a new 2014 john deer with an extra turbo that goes down the road at 28 miles. Takes forever to get there though.

ok i didn't watch the entire clip before i posted that comment but but the engine break is when it uses the tansmission and the engine to stop that way you don't have to use your air breaks, it doesn't slow down as fast,
the 5th wheel trailer might work better with a lifted truck until they fix that
as for that combine u cant put on the trailer. u either need to drive it to the field or get a wider trailer

one of the f350s is a dually and ones a reagular
It's a drop axle and the engine brake is jake brake it's for slowing down faster
Of all the pickup truck mods i've found, the F350's definitely look the best. The models, and textures are absolutely awesome. However, I cannot stand the crazy accelleration, and speed they have. I have a dodge ram (from americaneaglesmodding, thanks to this vid for telling me about them), but it has no texture work, just an untextured red and black truck. I'd love to find a truck with the model and texture quality of these F350's, and the handling, and accelleration of that Ram.

Couldent see this in the comments but just hade a Quick look. Did u know that if u hit key 9 (not numkey9) when u are in the f-350 u get a weight script on the truck and an overload sign in the front

the triple axe truck as u call it it realy a triaxle and the wheel that gose up and down is called a lift axle it givrs you more turning ablity

you should also do a video on hauling in a country map
the engine break or "jake break" lets you slow down without hitting the actual brakes

Combines are NOT rear wheel drive, some are 4wd, but all the 2wd are front wheel driven.

Geeze lol no combines are not rear wheel drive it's the big ones under the cab that do the work unless it's a 4x4, and a fifth wheel is what semis use those are gooseneck hitches on the f 350s.

The game crashes every time I go to purchase mod from the store. Any clue how to fix this. The message I get says GIANTS Engine has stopped working. It only happens when I use the mod

the top speed of a acoual comb vine is about 30 to 40 mph
No way a JD5100e can do 37 miles an hour and I'm sure a combine can't even come close to doing that
trust me they can go about 40 mph
