Chur my ghee Good tutorial my brother, every single step was explained so perfectly haha really set me back to when my dad taught me how to ride my bike for the first time
PLEASE READ TO SAVE MONEY! I typically check the "lots below wanted quantity" because it can merge many stores lots if one store doesn't have enough of one piece. For example(applies to any piece), I am building a MOC, and I am ordering a bunch of pieces. Within this order, I want 40 grey palm tree trunks. If I didn't select "LOTS BELOW QTY," I would only have one store that has 40 in stock and it would select that store. BUT, that store has the prices jacked up. Causing the money to add up. NOW, if I select "LOTS BELOW QTY," I it will try and find the smallest number of stores that have all that you want in your want list. Say it selects 4 stores that each have ten of the palm trunks and all of the other pieces I need. Now I don't have to pay shipping for another store that has all 40 of the pieces. This does however doesn't work all the time and sometimes it only gets 97%-99% of the bricks. What I find works is that I will have to spend more on other stores that have the pieces, and I almost always works out because I get to buy more legos that the original stores don't offer. TLDR: LOTS BELOW QTY is helpful for if you are buying just one piece type and just trying to get the legos in your want list, but if you are buying lots for many different types pieces, it is best to select the LOTS BELOW QTY.
Thank you for the tip. I believe you missed a NOT in the last line... " if you are buying lots for many different types pieces, it is best "NOT" to select the LOTS BELOW QTY."
How? The least I can get the individual parts for is 160dollar, which is still almost twice as its original price, and I can almost buy one with minifigures
@@SzoltS1 Yeah it's still expensive but it's so much cheaper if you dont want the figs and your location makes it cheaper or more expensive cuz of shipping. I can get one no figs for about 120$ still expensive but better than like 300$. :))
@@potatoanimations9982 I know. Ever since trying out bricklink I love it. I will definitely be using it to get more Harry Potter lego figures and others of course
I never use 'auto-select' as it keeps making me buy from so many stores the shipping costs drive you out of business. Instead I usually try to buy the most from a single store, try out some combinations, and move everything left to a new list with the remaining pieces. I usually plan around the more expensive and/or rare parts and try to catch as many as possible in as few stores for as good a ptice as possible. The result is that I usually get everything with minimal shipping costs.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to build an entire set using only BrickLink parts? I attempted to do this with a Lego set but the cost ended up being hundreds of dollars because there was an individual shipping cost on almost every single group of pieces I bought because there were so many different retailers.
Hello, I have a question, is there any way to track my order since the seller did not give me a tracking number and I have no idea where it is and I do not know if it arrived in my country.
I have a question, this is my first time buying legos online and I know that I need a paypal account but do I create a bussines account or a personal account?
Great video . the partlist shows all the parts you say and then you scroll down (min5.50) but the total number of parts is not seen on top of the page. When i upload a partlist it shows (in my case 741 items) The maximum is 100 parts/page. I don't want to buy all of them, just what i need. I click on it and click buy parts at the bottom of the page. Then i get the stores who have it, but not the cheapest price. Of course once the first page is done i do the same with page 2, 3 ...Each time it shows the shops that have example 6 or 5 parts that i want. Problem. The selected items in previous pages and shops are gone. How can i merge those pages into one. I would find it easier having the whole list, selecting what i want and clicking on buying , instead of those pages with each time 100 items . Any help at all is welcome;
I’m a new buyer and I want to get mini figs that are not made anymore and every time I try to order one it always says I need a code and that minimum buy hasn’t been met I’m rlly confused so if anyone can help that would be great
It just means that some stores only want to ship parts over a certain value. It's just not worth their time to search a warehouse to find and ship a single 20 cent piece.
It does depend on the seller. Some sellers have no minimum purchase limits and others do. Sellers with no limit would absolutely allow for minimal purchases
You can go to a list, select everything and move it... Unless parts are duplicated between lists. You'd have to unselect those and combine them manually. The system kind of sucks like that
On the left side of your screen you’ll see the “Wanted List” and “Wanted Items” tabs. The Wanted Items will show you what is remaining and the stores listed below the auto-selected ones will only contain those parts that were not auto-selected
Hey I wonder how to make a bsx file of a lego model, because I'd like to use brickstock like you do at the end for a set I'm parting out. Is there a simple way to do it, because when I part out a set on Bricklink and try to download it it's in XML format. Great video by the way, really clear.
Rebrickable does allow you to download as a .bsx, but you may want to just double check afterward that the molds are correct, most of the time there's no issues! So my advice would be to get it on Rebrickable and then download from there
@@AllOutBrick do you know when you press easy buy. Then you see a few stores where I can get all mine parts. But under the list name there is 12/25 what does that mean ?

Pro tip: Buy from someone from your country makes the shipping cost way smaller then from anothet country

Personal is fine if it's for your personal use
how long dos it normely etimate for shiping to take
It depends on your seller. The larger ones tend to be a consistent 2-5 days

Will it ship to India???

How do I purchase the box and instructions separately
And when I want just to buy from a shop? What I do?

I just want to sell a minifigure, I probably won’t use bricklink ever again, can I do that?
can somebody tell me what the '5179/5179 assigned (100%)' means
That's indicating that the "Auto Buy" feature has added 5179/5179 (all) of the parts in the carts it created
