- Duncan confuses his own memories with Speedy's as he and PJ return to Byker Grove for Geoff Keegan's funeral in 2000. Includes amazing insider reference to their 4 years as chart-topping popstars, the immortal claim from PJ that "I don't want a medal for living me life" as well as Val From Emmerdale bizarrely not knowing Duncan despite being his Mam, Daphne, in 1992.
23 years later and I remember watching this and recorded it. Brilliant episode
And heres why I wish Ant and Dec nothing but the big sucess they have. Already growing stars at this point, they returned to the show that gave them their start to pay homage to a legendary character. They didn't forget where they came from.

My favourite ever Byker Grove moment is when PJ and Duncan are in Duncan's mansion on Lake Tahoe... "Taken care of me? You're my kid brother and *you* take care of *me*?! D'you ever think about that? Did you EVER ONCE THINK ABOUT THAT?!!!"

Does anyone have any clips of the Greg they where talking about...... When Ant and Dec where in it originally I was to young and didn't watch never got to see the paintball accident.... but i remember Gregs accident (well think I do.... he frll from a tree right?) and although im 20 now i really miss the show and it would be intresting to see some of more clips from around this time.
Shame they chucked this and grange hill both much better than lots of stuff kids get left watching now!
