Had a massive kundalini awakening for 2 weeks in 2009. Basically opening the heart and fusing with higher self. Then in 2011 started to get throat chakra kundalini awakening. This was opening heart expression, which led me to service to others actions. Then in 2022 third eye chakra kundalini awakening with intense white light (enlightenment- leading to stillness of mind, inner peace, walking meditation). Not perfect, still learning, but endeavoring to be love in all actions. We all appreciate everything you have done to make this world a better place. I can’t participate in any matrix anything anymore. I was guided to quit my 35 yr career. I don’t resonate anymore with my old life. It’s good on one hand, but isolating on another. Now I’m writing a book
That’s a very good sign. There is a purposeful splitting off happening. Those of us who want to live in the light need to begin distancing ourselves from the matrix. Growing our own food, living in conscious community, not watching mainstream entertainment or participating in the education system, taxes, etc. the new earth is slowly emerging 🌍💚

On the point of no longer pursuing drinking if kundalini-awakened: I actually believe that many people who are drawn/addicted to recreational drugs are just trying to find a path to that state of bliss and oneness. Of course it never works out (excluding plant medicine etc), but I believe more people with addiction issues are spiritually inclined than one would think. The desired destination is there, you just have to get on the right track.
I completely agree. I saw this with my ex husband. He had a serious rx drug addiction and when he wasn't in his addiction he was deeply spiritual .. he had so much knowledge about the workings of the universe....very I tune... That's one of the reasons I stay with him so long because I wanted to see him heal and share his gifts with the world . Here we are ...Years later the spiritual information he shared with me became more mainstream.... I learned so much from him that helped me on my journey...and I know that even admits his challenges he blessed the lives of others... Even though we didn't work out and he ended up passing away.. the imprint he left will be forever.

I had a spiritual and kundalini awakening in 2017. Mine lasted several years but I was very careful to keep myself away from dense energies. It’s hard to maintain in this dimension. I want it back. It was beautiful bliss. Oneness. Heaven on Earth.
Had the Oneness feelings in 2009 and 2022. To get there again my recommendation is to continue selfless actions. Also intense gratitude and fulfillment get you there. Helped another connect to their Higher Self for the first time in 2023 and my face lit up in bliss again.

I saw the goddess Shanti in a dream years ago before I knew about Kundalini. I was outside my grandmother house when an enormous blue woman with blue firey hair appeared, taking up the entire skyline. I was terrified, but she smiled at me and waved at me to go back inside the house with fire in her eyes. When I walked inside, a giant blue fireball appeared in her hand. She threw the fireball at my house, burning it down with me inside of it. It took years to understand that dream once I learned about kundalini. That my grandmother's house represented my comfort zone and Shanti burned everything I thought I knew and what I was to the ground.

I had a kundalini awakening after a heavy dose of psychedelics and it lasted 2 months. Since it came from that aspect in awakening I saw the world for the first time beyond ego, beyond the physical body, beyond pain and the ability to even know pain. I wasn’t myself anymore, I was everything and everything was me. There was no separation or distortions blocking my native energy anymore and a lot of people became concerned I had gone insane(because I practically was) but I… it, was in control at that point. Whatever there was blocking my ability to connect to higher levels of understanding disappeared and there was this unwavering level of intelligence that beamed through my being and soul… The funny part is, there was no one there to experience it, it was just god in my noggin doin all the talkin

@@konatheblarbarian6869 Not according to my guru. There is a difference between a shiver and a fever. I literally has this when I had my kundalini awakening and my guru said that it was a kriya when I asked what was happening - trapped energy or karma being burnt off, it can last for days.
I understand now sort of, for me this shiver was remembered as a baby, and carried that memory by using that shiver to fall asleep at night. I didn't know what it was until well into my training. I also used it in times of trauma, so is why I associated it that way, my Kriya training was the eternal infinite non breath only, I didn't learn any developing kriya's, so I often miss there purpose. I have discovered, and is why I'm incarnate now, a very simple, easy and natural path to Bliss. The issue for me was, how to share it so others would recognize its innate ease. sorry for my dismissal of you and your teachers process. What I'm sharing is not my tradition, it's my discovery of how simple and easy it is to access this wHolyness, it is so simple that every real person WILL recognize, remember when they did this as a baby, and also how they've partially done this throughout their lives, and I want to remind them of that memory and reveal that if you push just a wee bit further in that recognition, the fulfillment of wHoly Bliss is already known to them

Thank you so much for sharing this, this was an absolute joy for me to watch. My Kundalimi first began to open in December, 2012. Through synchronicity, I came upon a book about the Hare Krishna movement. I was too much into religion or spirituality but always a very curious person by nature. I always questioned the nature of existence and have been a deep thinker since I was young. One day, I began practicing the Hare Krishna mantra without knowing much about it. My kundalini awakened and all the colors I could see were brighter, I could hear more clearly. It was as if I all the sudden had the ability to zoom in and hyper focus on ways I never could before. The people who were around me at the time commented that I looked like I was glowing. I started seeing white auras around people as well as visions, one of which was of Jesus giving the sermon on the mount. I devoted my life to spirituality for about 6 months but slowly, I began to regress and eventually, the ego fully took hold again. Years past in what I would describe as a deep, dark night of the soul. I have experienced a great deal of trauma in my life and things continued to get worse and worse compounded with substance abuse, mostly alcohol. At some point during the pandemic, my wife and I both turned back to spirituality and things started to unfold again. I started doing kundalini yoga, gene keys, a course in miracles, as well as some psychedelic journeys and tarot. I also did some breath work. My 33rd birthday was march 5th, 2023. I began to have this unexplainable feeling on my body and also see this vision in my head that something big was about to happen. I knew that something was about to “connect” though I didn’t know exactly what was going to happen. I started going into some spontaneous kriyas. I had the intuition to do a higher dose of mushrooms on 3/3/23 (33 being a master number that has been very significant to me). Prior to ingesting the mushrooms, I said a prayer and told God I’m ready to go as far as you will take me. I ended up having a full blown kundalini awakening that also lasted about two weeks. In the beginning, I saw shakti in my minds eye. She was a stunningly beautiful black woman and it was deeply sexual. She exploded up my spine and I also saw an image of a black panther as if it was leaping into my consciousness. During the trip, I went through several different dimensions and could see light language being written on the wall in my house. I was guided by a female voice to go into my bedroom and lay down. I looked up and saw 4 mantis brings as if I was laying on an operating table and they were standing over me. The voice said “we are giving you a healing technology” and I felt bliss explode over my whole body in a way I had never felt. At one point, I heard voices cheering in the heavens like they were excited I had made it and I was also able to see my whites light body, she looked like a fairy. A coupled days after that, I had already scheduled a reading with a psychic for my birthday, she knew nothing about what I had mentioned above. Right away, she said “I’m hearing a female, motherly type mantis being coming through, she says she was a mother in a past life.” Of course, I was floored. After that, I went on a trip for my brothers bachelor party. Everywhere we rent, I was seeing the number 144 or other combinations such as 441. During tjay trip, it was as if my consciousness was in 10 different dimensions at the same time. Every times I closed my eyes I was having intricate visions. When I got home from the trip, I saw both of my landlords who are in their 60’s they both looked like they were 30 and had good light emanating from their faces. At the peak of it, I saw a white portal with a DNA double healix that was have violet and half golden and my hands were raised. Without thinking, I put my hands on my throat, heard a loud cracking noise and I threw up blood. I know now that there was something in my throat chakra that needed healing. Now, I’m at a point where I have almost fully integrated the whole experience. I’m in a state of almost perpetual peace and love. I’ve had to learn to stop drinking alcohol, my system can no longer tolerate it and every time I’ve drank, it gets really dark for me. My life is now synchronized with numbers. I came across your channel yesterday and was scrolling through and found this video. I clicked on it not knowing how many views it had or anything. When I clicked it had 40,041 views (441) and 330 comments. I took a picture for proof lol. Anyways, I appreciate the work you are doing. Kundalini is indeed a nervous system upgrade. I had this exact experience with kundalini out of nowhere. I had been living in the jungle and had this surge shoot up my spine and all these goddesses shot up my body and out the top of my head. I was also given my path forward I life/ as an instant download. At that time I didn't even know about these goddesses. It's really validating to hear experiences like yours!

Great video. @AaronAbke Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. I’ve never met anyone else who has had an encounter with Shakti until now, and hearing your story is truly inspiring. Like you, I encountered her incredible presence, experiencing her three times consecutively in 2020. At that time, I wasn’t familiar with Hinduism and mistook her for Shiva because of the multiple arms. She appeared to me dancing in a hall of columns, reminiscent of Alex Grey’s art, and she was constructing the very halls around us as we moved. Each time, Shakti leaned in and presented an intricate cube in one of her many hands. Back then, I had no clue what it represented, having never seen anything like it before. It wasn’t until April 2023, when I came across Robert Edward Grant and his work on Metatron's cube, that I realized what she had been showing me. My most recent interaction was last year, alongside another entity that could have been Mother Earth-or perhaps it was Shakti again in a different form. The sheer divinity of these beings was breathtaking. This additional encounter came during an intense six-month spiritual journey following a particularly challenging period around New Year’s Eve 2022. During that time, I encounter several others that I had no previous knowledge of except for Buddha and the big G. Ancient ancestors, Baphomet, Ganesh, and what I can only describe as my shadow or Higher Self, which kind of terrified me at first glance. My interaction with Buddha was quite interesting. 4:40.. yep.. I know that feeling. I was told that I wasn't supposed to be there with a short period. Then about 2 weeks later, as I sat feeling the vibration co m e on, slipping into that state, i began to think, "wait. Where is this actually coming from? Is this the gov trying to trick us?" . The chimes and birds I always heard right before I feel the vibration stopped, and I felt the vibration slip back away from me eastward in the direction it always came from. I knew right away... I'd made a mistake.. I'd doubted something so pure.. and now, I'd have to start all over from the beginning. Drag! It took 6 months of work to get there. That's why Jesus tells us do not doubt, do not fear. The epistle of Barnabas tells us that we must accept Christ, repent, get baptized, and invite the Holy Spirit to dwell within us. Then it comes and seals our flesh temples, preventing entry and possession by any but God. .. and we receive the authority to use Christ's Holy name to cast off evil, to heal, and to manifest. That's step 1. Step 1 .makes us disciples. Step 2 is learning to sit in the spirit like John. He couldn't tell us if he was in his body or out of it. It's how he received revelation. It's how we are truly born again, as we eventually awaken within your own skulls, slip out of the cave through a fkesh tube, and find the epinoia, the golden flower, which is a g toroid of divine golden light... a portal that leads to the divine golden kingdom. Once you accept that this is really real , you'll find there are explanations and instructions in the Bible. If this is truly being born again, and the only true path, then I understand why only 144,000 will enter heaven. You're probably scoffing inside right now.

Thank you for this beautiful video, Aaron. I concur that creativity is less effective when it comes from a cerebral space and more expansive and dynamic when it comes from passion. However, being a dancer and a woman who guides other women to embrace their feminine creative and tranformative states, I know that a woman's creative power centre resides in her womb space - the place from which she creates life. When women learn to operate from this space and flow their energy from it, merging it with the heart and third eye, they are at their most potent. While I don't know how, or from where energy flows in a male body, it will be different from women.
It’s not meant for you to happen in this lifetime perhaps or maybe you need to go to some really big trauma, but I can promise you that this is real because it happened to me. God kissed my brain.
The reason I couldn't maintain the connection was because I haven't done the work necessary. I managed a few minutes of connection last month! It was during a meditation when I was listening to the birds. I remember thinking I wish I could feel this all the time. It's good to know that I can indeed reach the goal this lifetime!

Mine was a spontaneous awakening….went on for about 8 months and I had no idea what was happening. 😮 I was floating on cloud 9…and experiencing many strange things. Also…completely isolating. I wasn’t the same and people didn’t understand. It’s changed me profoundly, and I hope to arrive there again soon.
I became “activated” day two of a Dispenza week long. Experienced huge Kundalini awakening that lasted for days! The only way I could stop from shaking was to move my waist in circular motions (think belly dancer/Indian dancers, ect.) Night after night my body would shake and vibrate. Every meditation from day 2 on was an experience with the Divine. It was pure bliss and excitement! The veil was gone! Spontaneous yoga positions and mudras came out of nowhere! I didn’t even do yoga at the time or know much about mudras but my hands were “dancing” in beautiful unison. Jesus taught me amazing things, I had visits and help from relatives and friends that had passed. I would see all these amazing things and then realize I had a blindfold on! Way too much to go into here but it became very clear that this was not happening to anyone else…. The healing energy pouring out of my hands was so strong that after the first healing I was drenched in sweat and trembling…Psychic abilities came online. It was as if God flipped all these switches on to show me what is possible for me. A member of the staff embarrassed me and made me feel like shit. (Most of the staff is kind but I don’t know how educated they are in these Awakenings. In a few minutes I went from being so expanded to realizing I had no one to talk to and could actually feel my brain slipping. I started getting paranoid and thinking I would end up in a mental hospital. 2 of my relatives who had had mental health issues during their time here on earth came to me in my hotel room and helped me not completely slip into a psychotic break. I did think of someone I could call who was supportive and helped me stabilize. I slept the entire day and missed the last day of the retreat. I was done and didn’t want to go back at the time anyways. Got home and the colors of this world were so bright and beautiful it was amazing!! I integrated. Everything mellowed. Some very challenging issues with relatives and other beautiful moments with new friends. That was one year ago. I turned 40 that May (I am a mom of 4 sons, 11, 13, 16, 18) I include that because I want other moms, housewives to know that you can have these experiences and change and grow while also still being mom and wife ❤ Long story and this is as condensed I could write it 😬 It has been quite a year though!! 😂 Much love! Just looked at my calendar and realized one year ago today would have been the day that I was at the event and was activated doing the breathwork! Mind blown! I had the same symptoms you guys talked about: the uncontrollable shaking of the body in the middle of the night, the feeling of electricity shooting throughout the body, not being able to gain weight, etc. The moment I started eating a bunch of food those symptoms subsided and have never returned since. I've been trying to work out more and properly ground myself but I have gained minimal weight even from eating the most vibrationally dense foods you could imagine; some meat, high glycemic foods, tons of snacks. I remain the same. I was also drawn to things like astrology, numerology, tarot, etc in my childhood and found it fascinating that stuff like this could be possible, as I was also a fan of fantasy and magic at the time. I feel like I should go the opposite direction from having watched this video, as I get a sort of aching feeling in my heart like being weighed down too much. I am a rather young lad too, not even 22. Perhaps I'll strike a balance, my career involves a lot of sitting so movement is good.

Had a sudden kundalini spiritual awakening in April 2022. I lost my mum and i guess the grief activated it. It started with feeling true bliss and oneness with everything and realising everything is one and connected. I was just smiling from ear to ear for hours and during a meditation i experienced the lightening bolt of energy go through my body. It shot out and up through the top of my head and out of my hands and feet and i was like what just happened!!! 😂Ive also get the internal shaking feeling freezing cold with restless legs and coldness on the base of my spine for months on end. Ive only just warmed up. I also experience constant tingling, vibrating and buzzing in different body parts and chakras. I feel a rush up my heart chakra and sometimes I feel like a powerful energy is trying to push it's way through my back. That usually happens when I'm asleep and it will wake me up. I also now get the heat which I prefer to feeling freezing cold 🥶
Do you all really think you need to have a kundalini awakening to live as an enlightened being? What’s stopping you all from living a heart centered life now? What’s stopping you from purifying your mind, heart, and body now? You don’t need to be “enlightened” to live a life centered in love. Follow Christ, it’s that simple. ❤

Yes!!! I dealt with horrible RLS ever since 1994. The first occurrence was on my honeymoon. It has subsided quiet a bit since then but the energy in the legs is uncontrollable lol. Only recently it has started in my arms and hands. I never made that correlation before! Thank you

Wow I always have that leg syndrome, but I call it intense tingling in my toes, always happens when I focus on the toroidal field coming in from the top of my head right through my body to the tingling toes. Connection is what I call it ❤😊
This makes sense.. I have been shown that the negative is only there because everything is thrown at us to find likes and dislikes.. We take all that we put in the negative memory and subtract it with a measurement of density of units.. We than make room for new to come in after removing the parts you want to subtract and we will get pickier within time because so many don’t know what they want.. We live in an abundance of information, energy, space & time.. We put our thoughts and place them in there place.. When we master this it gets easier as we create what feels safe, secure, supportive and to our satisfaction of satisfied in the place where we are at and magnetize all that we desire or like to have the other magnetic field half of the heart than we attract what we hold in our hearts, we start to learn the real manifestations.. We do not manifest what we don’t like unless we haven’t learned to direct the flow of our creation with rules that must be followed .. People get scared of the thoughts and if you know you do not create unless you take action than you will not fear any thoughts and learn how to use your thoughts to create what you are attracted to.. Our universe shows everything in your creation when you tell it to see through that lens.. It’s all about what you are seeing from, what feeling and what intentions you have.. This is why purification is so important.. It’s only there to understand what you love and what you don’t need anymore to subtract from your software system..And make that upgrade of the newest version of what you like to come in after you have cleansed the space.. It’s all about your journey and through love.. Stay away from good and evil because you than create with that foundation of filters.. The truth of your creation is already there.. You were never shown.. The highest form of creation is life from two forces of attraction.. When everything comes into your creation because you were born from this, than everything must be born in that filter of love, trust building, attraction, and all the chemicals we create in the body when we create what we are authentically attracted to in your true nature of creation.. This greatest power of manifesting through this attraction has already been coded without trying because it is who you are and in your belonging of your true body and self.. When you try to create another version and replicate that creation in which made you it will never be better, it’s like the brand name that holds value or a fake name replica that has no value. .. Your body and who you are as a human being born from male and female, a human being that is created from love can never create better than you and your authentic self.. It is there to show us that we are the most amazing creation that has ever been born and there is no other that can be better when you stand in who you truly are without suppressing anything and being free to everything you like and want.. Sorry for this being long but I thought I would share to save you time , because I wish someone would of told me instead of wasting so much time and energy that I never had to put efforts in.. Because I was creating from building, it put more energy and I was exhausted.. When I stepped into my true authentic self by accepting the gift of life from my parents and showed gratitude I than put appreciation on the value..
Hey Aaron, thanks for dropping this video and these wonderful explanations. I would like to comment something on what you said @12:25 about people who don't awaken their kundalini. While it's true, I do agree with you that there are some who will see those with awakened kundalini's and want to awaken there's as well too, however, I also think that there are some however who instead of taking the more natural path of acquiring these kundalini abilities, they will look to technology instead. This is where we will see a heightened degree of transhumanism in the world.

The carbs and sugar. I wonder why these forms of "energy" may affect our ability to connect. Quite literally they are forms of matter designed to be easy for conversion. They are energy which our body's have been trained to take in. Well, we're taking in extra forms of energy. These types also tend to prevent sleep within those unaccustomed to eating before bed. They are also concentrated forms of energy. I bet we can find better "concentrations" if energy to take before bed with this definition. Food in the belly delays our sleep cycle by a single cycle, if we rest with it there. I notice I'll sleep 5 hours without it and at least 7 with food. Quality affects everything, so organic might be the thought here but I instead think to raising the quality of my conversion method using shapes, sounds, or lights. Might be a good idea to build a pyramid shape just to put a container of sugar below it. Might be a good idea to chant to the sugar or pasta during our prayers saying " I am the consciousness enhancing this cellular structure, enriching the vitamins and nourishment it provides." I more so like the idea of playing classical music from a tiny speaker directly behind it and under the pyramid. There's so many ideas here. I bet we could use our visualization to go down into the molecular structure of the sugar to see it from an atomic level and then find ways to strengthen it acceptably to ourselves. Sorry for the book.
I had one in college and it was magnificent. The clarity was deeper than Lucy and shroomies and it lasted for 2 weeks (although the first 48 hours were markedly more intense) It was so intense that my friends and loved ones thought I was in some sort of psychotic episode, which precipitated my parents yanking me out of said college
After all the confusion I experienced following my awakening, I this video was the most relieving thing I had come accrissed. I was thrown into a spiral of Shadow Work. I was do have a lot of experience in Shadow Work, and Ego Mastery, so I assumed I was prepared for something like this. I I have to admit, I have honestly been dealing with how to coexist with my metaphysical self. I don't know anyone who's been able to, but I essentially speak the same words as I have grown to speak following this awakening. I have searched for someone who can even remotely relate to my experience. I need to sort out the confusion I experienced and the clarity I have gained. Great interview- albeit I’ve seen people literally split unable to handle the energy & it’s not necessarily healthy to invite other entities when one can barely grasp their own being / perhaps work on being present in this realm and help the suffering
I think there are great points here, but I will say there is still some view of duality. To clarify: -The kundalini reaching the crown is not the full view of the nature of reality because it's reifying 'oneness' still. The energy has to move back down all the way to experience our true nature (i.e. deep stage realization). -Many enlightened folks do all the same regular activities and jobs just like a regular person. They may even go clubbing etc. There's no limit or rules to how that spontaneity plays out. There will be a newfound appreciation for even escapism! It's not to say that is fostered by the enlightened individual largely, but very often they can enjoy the natural perfection of everything. Any view of 'this is the matrix, and this is not' is still some ignorance presenting itself. Much love! 🥰

This was the most amazing thing I’ve ever had happen o was to scared when it happened 5 times for about 15 seconds each but didn’t know if I was being possessed or not from all the lies in church so the power I felt the energy I felt and the love I was in when I was doing the work it was the most amazing thing plus twirling into dreams also scared me so I couldn’t believe that I didn’t fully go in it the multiple times it happened and then moved. It’s like I’ll be hot and I’ll have these really hot flash sensations going throughout my body, but then I’ll be freezing when it’s 70°z °, which made no sense to me because I have not felt cold Since my late 40s for like 10 years, I’ve been dealing with all this heat which you know I thought was hot flashes going through the change of life but they were so intense and they weren’t. typical Wood read. With the help of Dr. Joe Dispenza, visualization, and a tremendous amount of inner work, I reached kundalini energy on three separate occasions. It was the most beautiful feeling, it truly felt like heaven on earth, which happens to be my prayer each morning. I pray for all of us to have heaven on earth every day. This was only about four months ago. I mentioned my symptoms to a yogi friend. She told me I wasn’t grounded enough. I listened to her and let the fear back inside my head. I’ve grown taller. I was 5’4” and 3/4”. I am now 5’5” and 1/4”. I have awareness that I’m not done growing yet. I’ve lost over 100lbs and now my body is starting to become muscular. The carb thing struck me. I haven’t been eating much for carbs until recently. Maybe because she’s trying to move but it’s been so intense. Is there somewhere you can read more about kundalini awakening? Specially for the physical aspect of it. Dr’s aren’t helpful. I’m doing this all by intuition. My legs have been super restless lately and my neck is swollen it started with carbs. I’ve been healing since 2017 and the chills are no joke.
The chills are awful. I had to have my house constantly warm and I was wrapped up like I was going on an Antarctic expedition. Thank god it's subsided a bit!

Had a massive kundalini awakening for 2 weeks in 2009. Basically opening the heart and fusing with higher self. Then in 2011 started to get throat chakra kundalini awakening. This was opening heart expression, which led me to service to others actions. Then in 2022 third eye chakra kundalini awakening with intense white light (enlightenment- leading to stillness of mind, inner peace, walking meditation). Not perfect, still learning, but endeavoring to be love in all actions. We all appreciate everything you have done to make this world a better place. I can’t participate in any matrix anything anymore. I was guided to quit my 35 yr career. I don’t resonate anymore with my old life. It’s good on one hand, but isolating on another. Now I’m writing a book
That’s a very good sign. There is a purposeful splitting off happening. Those of us who want to live in the light need to begin distancing ourselves from the matrix. Growing our own food, living in conscious community, not watching mainstream entertainment or participating in the education system, taxes, etc. the new earth is slowly emerging 🌍💚

On the point of no longer pursuing drinking if kundalini-awakened: I actually believe that many people who are drawn/addicted to recreational drugs are just trying to find a path to that state of bliss and oneness. Of course it never works out (excluding plant medicine etc), but I believe more people with addiction issues are spiritually inclined than one would think. The desired destination is there, you just have to get on the right track.
I completely agree. I saw this with my ex husband. He had a serious rx drug addiction and when he wasn't in his addiction he was deeply spiritual .. he had so much knowledge about the workings of the universe....very I tune... That's one of the reasons I stay with him so long because I wanted to see him heal and share his gifts with the world . Here we are ...Years later the spiritual information he shared with me became more mainstream.... I learned so much from him that helped me on my journey...and I know that even admits his challenges he blessed the lives of others... Even though we didn't work out and he ended up passing away.. the imprint he left will be forever.

I’ve thought about this too, and agree with you full on. Drug addicted people sometimes come of with the most profoundly spiritual things to say if you pay attention.
I had a spiritual and kundalini awakening in 2017. Mine lasted several years but I was very careful to keep myself away from dense energies. It’s hard to maintain in this dimension. I want it back. It was beautiful bliss. Oneness. Heaven on Earth.
Nondual "meditation" and inquiry and that "bliss" and Sahaja Samadhi is possible to 'experience' again, cleanly.
Had the Oneness feelings in 2009 and 2022. To get there again my recommendation is to continue selfless actions. Also intense gratitude and fulfillment get you there. Helped another connect to their Higher Self for the first time in 2023 and my face lit up in bliss again.

I saw the goddess Shanti in a dream years ago before I knew about Kundalini. I was outside my grandmother house when an enormous blue woman with blue firey hair appeared, taking up the entire skyline. I was terrified, but she smiled at me and waved at me to go back inside the house with fire in her eyes. When I walked inside, a giant blue fireball appeared in her hand. She threw the fireball at my house, burning it down with me inside of it.
It took years to understand that dream once I learned about kundalini. That my grandmother's house represented my comfort zone and Shanti burned everything I thought I knew and what I was to the ground.

I had a kundalini awakening after a heavy dose of psychedelics and it lasted 2 months. Since it came from that aspect in awakening I saw the world for the first time beyond ego, beyond the physical body, beyond pain and the ability to even know pain. I wasn’t myself anymore, I was everything and everything was me.
There was no separation or distortions blocking my native energy anymore and a lot of people became concerned I had gone insane(because I practically was) but I… it, was in control at that point.
Whatever there was blocking my ability to connect to higher levels of understanding disappeared and there was this unwavering level of intelligence that beamed through my being and soul…
The funny part is, there was no one there to experience it, it was just god in my noggin doin all the talkin

that's not Kriya, Kriya is about non breath, the top and bottom of breathing, and a shiver is about the bodies realigning, even babies do a shiver they can't explain, and I use the shiver for its alignment effect. What are talking about, you claimed it without qualifying your claim

@@konatheblarbarian6869 Not according to my guru. There is a difference between a shiver and a fever. I literally has this when I had my kundalini awakening and my guru said that it was a kriya when I asked what was happening - trapped energy or karma being burnt off, it can last for days.
I understand now sort of, for me this shiver was remembered as a baby, and carried that memory by using that shiver to fall asleep at night. I didn't know what it was until well into my training. I also used it in times of trauma, so is why I associated it that way,
my Kriya training was the eternal infinite non breath only, I didn't learn any developing kriya's, so I often miss there purpose.
I have discovered, and is why I'm incarnate now, a very simple, easy and natural path to Bliss. The issue for me was, how to share it so others would recognize its innate ease. sorry for my dismissal of you and your teachers process. What I'm sharing is not my tradition, it's my discovery of how simple and easy it is to access this wHolyness, it is so simple that every real person WILL recognize, remember when they did this as a baby, and also how they've partially done this throughout their lives, and I want to remind them of that memory and reveal that if you push just a wee bit further in that recognition, the fulfillment of wHoly Bliss is already known to them

She came to me as well in a meditation right before my 2nd Kundalini activation.
Thank you so much for sharing this, this was an absolute joy for me to watch. My Kundalimi first began to open in December, 2012. Through synchronicity, I came upon a book about the Hare Krishna movement. I was too much into religion or spirituality but always a very curious person by nature. I always questioned the nature of existence and have been a deep thinker since I was young. One day, I began practicing the Hare Krishna mantra without knowing much about it. My kundalini awakened and all the colors I could see were brighter, I could hear more clearly. It was as if I all the sudden had the ability to zoom in and hyper focus on ways I never could before. The people who were around me at the time commented that I looked like I was glowing. I started seeing white auras around people as well as visions, one of which was of Jesus giving the sermon on the mount. I devoted my life to spirituality for about 6 months but slowly, I began to regress and eventually, the ego fully took hold again. Years past in what I would describe as a deep, dark night of the soul. I have experienced a great deal of trauma in my life and things continued to get worse and worse compounded with substance abuse, mostly alcohol. At some point during the pandemic, my wife and I both turned back to spirituality and things started to unfold again. I started doing kundalini yoga, gene keys, a course in miracles, as well as some psychedelic journeys and tarot. I also did some breath work. My 33rd birthday was march 5th, 2023. I began to have this unexplainable feeling on my body and also see this vision in my head that something big was about to happen. I knew that something was about to “connect” though I didn’t know exactly what was going to happen. I started going into some spontaneous kriyas. I had the intuition to do a higher dose of mushrooms on 3/3/23 (33 being a master number that has been very significant to me). Prior to ingesting the mushrooms, I said a prayer and told God I’m ready to go as far as you will take me. I ended up having a full blown kundalini awakening that also lasted about two weeks. In the beginning, I saw shakti in my minds eye. She was a stunningly beautiful black woman and it was deeply sexual. She exploded up my spine and I also saw an image of a black panther as if it was leaping into my consciousness. During the trip, I went through several different dimensions and could see light language being written on the wall in my house. I was guided by a female voice to go into my bedroom and lay down. I looked up and saw 4 mantis brings as if I was laying on an operating table and they were standing over me. The voice said “we are giving you a healing technology” and I felt bliss explode over my whole body in a way I had never felt. At one point, I heard voices cheering in the heavens like they were excited I had made it and I was also able to see my whites light body, she looked like a fairy. A coupled days after that, I had already scheduled a reading with a psychic for my birthday, she knew nothing about what I had mentioned above. Right away, she said “I’m hearing a female, motherly type mantis being coming through, she says she was a mother in a past life.” Of course, I was floored. After that, I went on a trip for my brothers bachelor party. Everywhere we rent, I was seeing the number 144 or other combinations such as 441. During tjay trip, it was as if my consciousness was in 10 different dimensions at the same time. Every times I closed my eyes I was having intricate visions. When I got home from the trip, I saw both of my landlords who are in their 60’s they both looked like they were 30 and had good light emanating from their faces. At the peak of it, I saw a white portal with a DNA double healix that was have violet and half golden and my hands were raised. Without thinking, I put my hands on my throat, heard a loud cracking noise and I threw up blood. I know now that there was something in my throat chakra that needed healing. Now, I’m at a point where I have almost fully integrated the whole experience. I’m in a state of almost perpetual peace and love. Great video. @AaronAbke Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. I’ve never met anyone else who has had an encounter with Shakti until now, and hearing your story is truly inspiring. Like you, I encountered her incredible presence, experiencing her three times consecutively in 2020. At that time, I wasn’t familiar with Hinduism and mistook her for Shiva because of the multiple arms. She appeared to me dancing in a hall of columns, reminiscent of Alex Grey’s art, and she was constructing the very halls around us as we moved.
Each time, Shakti leaned in and presented an intricate cube in one of her many hands. Back then, I had no clue what it represented, having never seen anything like it before. It wasn’t until April 2023, when I came across Robert Edward Grant and his work on Metatron's cube, that I realized what she had been showing me.
My most recent interaction was last year, alongside another entity that could have been Mother Earth-or perhaps it was Shakti again in a different form. The sheer divinity of these beings was breathtaking. This additional encounter came during an intense six-month spiritual journey following a particularly challenging period around New Year’s Eve 2022. 4:40.. yep.. I know that feeling. I was told that I wasn't supposed to be there with a short period. Then about 2 weeks later, as I sat feeling the vibration co m e on, slipping into that state, i began to think, "wait. Where is this actually coming from? Is this the gov trying to trick us?" .
The chimes and birds I always heard right before I feel the vibration stopped, and I felt the vibration slip back away from me eastward in the direction it always came from. I knew right away... I'd made a mistake.. I'd doubted something so pure.. and now, I'd have to start all over from the beginning. Drag! It took 6 months of work to get there.

Thank you for this beautiful video, Aaron. I concur that creativity is less effective when it comes from a cerebral space and more expansive and dynamic when it comes from passion. However, being a dancer and a woman who guides other women to embrace their feminine creative and tranformative states, I know that a woman's creative power centre resides in her womb space - the place from which she creates life. When women learn to operate from this space and flow their energy from it, merging it with the heart and third eye, they are at their most potent. While I don't know how, or from where energy flows in a male body, it will be different from women.

Mine was a spontaneous awakening….went on for about 8 months and I had no idea what was happening. 😮 I was floating on cloud 9…and experiencing many strange things. Also…completely isolating. I wasn’t the same and people didn’t understand. It’s changed me profoundly, and I hope to arrive there again soon.
I became “activated” day two of a Dispenza week long. Experienced huge Kundalini awakening that lasted for days! The only way I could stop from shaking was to move my waist in circular motions (think belly dancer/Indian dancers, ect.) Night after night my body would shake and vibrate.
Every meditation from day 2 on was an experience with the Divine. It was pure bliss and excitement!
The veil was gone! Spontaneous yoga positions and mudras came out of nowhere! I didn’t even do yoga at the time or know much about mudras but my hands were “dancing” in beautiful unison. Jesus taught me amazing things, I had visits and help from relatives and friends that had passed. I would see all these amazing things and then realize I had a blindfold on!
Way too much to go into here but it became very clear that this was not happening to anyone else….
The healing energy pouring out of my hands was so strong that after the first healing I was drenched in sweat and trembling…Psychic abilities came online. It was as if God flipped all these switches on to show me what is possible for me.
A member of the staff embarrassed me and made me feel like shit. (Most of the staff is kind but I don’t know how educated they are in these Awakenings.
In a few minutes I went from being so expanded to realizing I had no one to talk to and could actually feel my brain slipping. I started getting paranoid and thinking I would end up in a mental hospital. 2 of my relatives who had had mental health issues during their time here on earth came to me in my hotel room and helped me not completely slip into a psychotic break. I did think of someone I could call who was supportive and helped me stabilize.
I slept the entire day and missed the last day of the retreat. I was done and didn’t want to go back at the time anyways.
Got home and the colors of this world were so bright and beautiful it was amazing!! I integrated. Everything mellowed. Some very challenging issues with relatives and other beautiful moments with new friends. That was one year ago. I turned 40 that May (I am a mom of 4 sons, 11, 13, 16, 18) I include that because I want other moms, housewives to know that you can have these experiences and change and grow while also still being mom and wife ❤

Like I saw. Not all higher entities are wanting our good. I've been protected while in an out of body experience.
I had the same symptoms you guys talked about: the uncontrollable shaking of the body in the middle of the night, the feeling of electricity shooting throughout the body, not being able to gain weight, etc. The moment I started eating a bunch of food those symptoms subsided and have never returned since. I've been trying to work out more and properly ground myself but I have gained minimal weight even from eating the most vibrationally dense foods you could imagine; some meat, high glycemic foods, tons of snacks. I remain the same.
I was also drawn to things like astrology, numerology, tarot, etc in my childhood and found it fascinating that stuff like this could be possible, as I was also a fan of fantasy and magic at the time.
I feel like I should go the opposite direction from having watched this video, as I get a sort of aching feeling in my heart like being weighed down too much. I am a rather young lad too, not even 22. Perhaps I'll strike a balance, my career involves a lot of sitting so movement is good.

Had a sudden kundalini spiritual awakening in April 2022. I lost my mum and i guess the grief activated it. It started with feeling true bliss and oneness with everything and realising everything is one and connected. I was just smiling from ear to ear for hours and during a meditation i experienced the lightening bolt of energy go through my body. It shot out and up through the top of my head and out of my hands and feet and i was like what just happened!!! 😂Ive also get the internal shaking feeling freezing cold with restless legs and coldness on the base of my spine for months on end. Ive only just warmed up. I also experience constant tingling, vibrating and buzzing in different body parts and chakras. I feel a rush up my heart chakra and sometimes I feel like a powerful energy is trying to push it's way through my back. That usually happens when I'm asleep and it will wake me up. I also now get the heat which I prefer to feeling freezing cold 🥶
Do you all really think you need to have a kundalini awakening to live as an enlightened being? What’s stopping you all from living a heart centered life now? What’s stopping you from purifying your mind, heart, and body now? You don’t need to be “enlightened” to live a life centered in love. Follow Christ, it’s that simple. ❤

Yes!!! I dealt with horrible RLS ever since 1994. The first occurrence was on my honeymoon. It has subsided quiet a bit since then but the energy in the legs is uncontrollable lol. Only recently it has started in my arms and hands. I never made that correlation before! Thank you

This makes sense.. I have been shown that the negative is only there because everything is thrown at us to find likes and dislikes.. We take all that we put in the negative memory and subtract it with a measurement of density of units..
We than make room for new to come in after removing the parts you want to subtract and we will get pickier within time because so many don’t know what they want.. We live in an abundance of information, energy, space & time.. We put our thoughts and place them in there place.. When we master this it gets easier as we create what feels safe, secure, supportive and to our satisfaction of satisfied in the place where we are at and magnetize all that we desire or like to have the other magnetic field half of the heart than we attract what we hold in our hearts, we start to learn the real manifestations.. We do not manifest what we don’t like unless we haven’t learned to direct the flow of our creation with rules that must be followed .. People get scared of the thoughts and if you know you do not create unless you take action than you will not fear any thoughts and learn how to use your thoughts to create what you are attracted to.. Our universe shows everything in your creation when you tell it to see through that lens.. It’s all about what you are seeing from, what feeling and what intentions you have.. This is why purification is so important.. It’s only there to understand what you love and what you don’t need anymore to subtract from your software system..And make that upgrade of the newest version of what you like to come in after you have cleansed the space.. It’s all about your journey and through love.. Stay away from good and evil because you than create with that foundation of filters.. The truth of your creation is already there.. You were never shown.. The highest form of creation is life from two forces of attraction.. When everything comes into your creation because you were born from this, than everything must be born in that filter of love, trust building, attraction, and all the chemicals we create in the body when we create what we are authentically attracted to in your true nature of creation.. This greatest power of manifesting through this attraction has already been coded without trying because it is who you are and in your belonging of your true body and self.. When you try to create another version and replicate that creation in which made you it will never be better, it’s like the brand name that holds value or a fake name replica that has no value. .. Your body and who you are as a human being born from male and female, a human being that is created from love can never create better than you and your authentic self.. It is there to show us that we are the most amazing creation that has ever been born and there is no other that can be better when you stand in who you truly are without suppressing anything and being free to everything you like and want.. Because I was creating from building, it put more energy and I was exhausted.. Hey Aaron, thanks for dropping this video and these wonderful explanations. I would like to comment something on what you said @12:25 about people who don't awaken their kundalini. While it's true, I do agree with you that there are some who will see those with awakened kundalini's and want to awaken there's as well too, however, I also think that there are some however who instead of taking the more natural path of acquiring these kundalini abilities, they will look to technology instead. This is where we will see a heightened degree of transhumanism in the world.

The carbs and sugar. I wonder why these forms of "energy" may affect our ability to connect.
Quite literally they are forms of matter designed to be easy for conversion. They are energy which our body's have been trained to take in.
Well, we're taking in extra forms of energy. These types also tend to prevent sleep within those unaccustomed to eating before bed. They are also concentrated forms of energy. I bet we can find better "concentrations" if energy to take before bed with this definition.
Food in the belly delays our sleep cycle by a single cycle, if we rest with it there. I notice I'll sleep 5 hours without it and at least 7 with food.
Quality affects everything, so organic might be the thought here but I instead think to raising the quality of my conversion method using shapes, sounds, or lights. Might be a good idea to build a pyramid shape just to put a container of sugar below it.
Might be a good idea to chant to the sugar or pasta during our prayers saying " I am the consciousness enhancing this cellular structure, enriching the vitamins and nourishment it provides."
I more so like the idea of playing classical music from a tiny speaker directly behind it and under the pyramid.
There's so many ideas here. I bet we could use our visualization to go down into the molecular structure of the sugar to see it from an atomic level and then find ways to strengthen it acceptably to ourselves.

Tried to awaken kundalini but I lacked the discipline.. :((
I had one in college and it was magnificent. The clarity was deeper than Lucy and shroomies and it lasted for 2 weeks (although the first 48 hours were markedly more intense)
It was so intense that my friends and loved ones thought I was in some sort of psychotic episode, which precipitated my parents yanking me out of said college
After all the confusion I experienced following my awakening, I this video was the most relieving thing I had come accrissed. I was thrown into a spiral of Shadow Work. I was do have a lot of experience in Shadow Work, and Ego Mastery, so I assumed I was prepared for something like this. I I have to admit, I have honestly been dealing with how to coexist with my metaphysical self. I don't know anyone who's been able to, but I essentially speak the same words as I have grown to speak following this awakening. I have searched for someone who can even remotely relate to my experience. I need to sort out the confusion I experienced and the clarity I have gained. Is there a way to contact you in regards rather than this comment thread or alternative forms of social media communication?

Great interview- albeit I’ve seen people literally split unable to handle the energy & it’s not necessarily healthy to invite other entities when one can barely grasp their own being / perhaps work on being present in this realm and help the suffering
I think there are great points here, but I will say there is still some view of duality. To clarify:
-The kundalini reaching the crown is not the full view of the nature of reality because it's reifying 'oneness' still. The energy has to move back down all the way to experience our true nature (i.e. deep stage realization).
-Many enlightened folks do all the same regular activities and jobs just like a regular person. They may even go clubbing etc. There's no limit or rules to how that spontaneity plays out. There will be a newfound appreciation for even escapism! It's not to say that is fostered by the enlightened individual largely, but very often they can enjoy the natural perfection of everything. Any view of 'this is the matrix, and this is not' is still some ignorance presenting itself.

This was the most amazing thing I’ve ever had happen o was to scared when it happened 5 times for about 15 seconds each but didn’t know if I was being possessed or not from all the lies in church so the power I felt the energy I felt and the love I was in when I was doing the work it was the most amazing thing plus twirling into dreams also scared me so I couldn’t believe that I didn’t fully go in it the multiple times it happened and then moved. Back to the city and hate started coming back into me and now I have to do the work again

Oh my goodness as I’m listening to you, I’ve been experiencing this although I have not seen anything. It’s like I’ll be hot and I’ll have these really hot flash sensations going throughout my body, but then I’ll be freezing when it’s 70°z °, which made no sense to me because I have not felt cold Since my late 40s for like 10 years, I’ve been dealing with all this heat which you know I thought was hot flashes going through the change of life but they were so intense and they weren’t. typical Wood read. It was hard to explain and I couldn’t explain why they didn’t stop. So that’s been going on for a decade. Wow this is so fascinating as a lot of it is resonating..
With the help of Dr. Joe Dispenza, visualization, and a tremendous amount of inner work, I reached kundalini energy on three separate occasions. It was the most beautiful feeling, it truly felt like heaven on earth, which happens to be my prayer each morning. I pray for all of us to have heaven on earth every day. This was only about four months ago. I mentioned my symptoms to a yogi friend. She told me I wasn’t grounded enough. I listened to her and let the fear back inside my head. I’ve been working really hard to get back to that place of heaven on earth. Thank you for sharing your experience that sometimes have to go in and out. Wow, so beautiful, Aaron ❤❤❤. Could someone have a kundalini awakening without feeling the energies going up the spine. The most I experienced is flutter as though I am lying on air. I have had rigorous shivers and freezing cold . My restless legs are so annoying and exhausting. Sometimes, I would have to stop my meditation and get off my back .
Just feeling the freezing cold energy means you are having a kundalini awakening and the restless legs are so annoying so yes, I think you are definitely having one

I’ve grown taller. I was 5’4” and 3/4”. I am now 5’5” and 1/4”. I have awareness that I’m not done growing yet. I’ve lost over 100lbs and now my body is starting to become muscular. The carb thing struck me. I haven’t been eating much for carbs until recently. Maybe because she’s trying to move but it’s been so intense. Is there somewhere you can read more about kundalini awakening? Specially for the physical aspect of it. Dr’s aren’t helpful. I’m doing this all by intuition. My legs have been super restless lately and my neck is swollen it started with carbs. I’ve been healing since 2017 and the chills are no joke.
The chills are awful. I had to have my house constantly warm and I was wrapped up like I was going on an Antarctic expedition. Thank god it's subsided a bit!
