Lemon and cookie cake [eng-subs]

Today I bring you a delicious lemon and cookie cake. It's a cookie cake made without use the oven, and very easy to prepare. It's made with a cream based on cream cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice.
INGREDIENTS:
- Marie biscuits (40 approx.)
- Lemon (150 ml of juice approx. + zest)
- Cream cheese (400 g)
- Condensed milk (350 g)
