  • Putting on or Donning Compression Stockings can be very challenging. They are a STRUGGLE to put on like a normal sock. So In this video, I share how to correctly and easily put compression stockings on. If that still doesn't work, I also show various tools and donning aids to help get compression socks on.

    Kelly as you know, I routinely followed your videos to the point where I realized it was my drinking causing the problem. Since quitting, besides my edema subsiding, I have now lost the 30 pounds of extra me that I didn’t need. Regular me is enough to manage, I don’t need more of me! 😂
    Anyway, one of the things I have praised you for and will continue to praise you for is your ability to provide the tools and techniques for us to make ourselves better. In my case, I was fat! Period. As I lost weight, it became easier to use the stockings and the heel pinch technique which is so good. In other words, as I took accountability for myself, your techniques worked even better! It wasn’t up to you to fix my drinking or my fatness. That’s on me.
    So great job Dr. Kelly, you give far more value to us than we do you by subscribing to and watching your channel. Happy Sunday!

    You are a trim fit Miss America body type so you make it look easy. Many of us are overweight and can barely (if at all) reach the tip of our toe. Either way another great video and another "thumbs up".

    I really appreciate everything you teach on your videos. I was wrapping for the 1st 3 months & now wearing leg garments for about 5 months. You have helped me get my head around the importance of exercise and wearing my daytime & nighttime garments daily. I thank my lymphedema therapist & you!😊
