Try to get NIGHT STAY inside the park for best experience. You can take night stay at any zone. Don’t just look for Dhikala as it has only limited rooms.
Chances of sighting are higher if you stay inside the park (any zone).

Thanks for sharing your valuable experience, but one correction I have been to all the jones multiple times, nowadays jhirna zone have better sighting of tiger and a paradise for birdwatcher and if u wanna see solthbear than chances in jhirna zone is the best .

Sir hum log Saturday ko Jim Corbett zone mein aenge humne family k sath booking kradee .Sunday morning Tak ki but ab humlogo ne decide kra h ki Saturday purey din ghoom kar hum Sunday morning nainitaal k liye jaen sir to de forste resort book kra h .ek din k liye bhi stay karsakte hain ya two days stay Krna zaroori hota h.
I wanted to know.. is the day safari open in the month of july ? Don't want night stay inside just day safari ..

Ji Ramnagar se ya apke resort se pick karegi. Apko gypsy wale se bolna padega pick karne k liye. Parking aap Resort me kar sakte hai ya apka gypsy wala apko kisi hotel me parking karwa dega. Not a big issue.

Dr Saleem , thanks for the informative video. I wanted to know a few things:: 1. When doing day safari, what is the best time to do safari? Morning or afternoon? (Especially if we have kids with us), 2. How safe is it during Covid times taking these safaris, 3.Other than Safari, what more can one do in Ramnagar that is fun.
Morning safari is always preferred. But evening is also just fine. Other than Safari you dont have much there. You can visit Girjia temple or Corbett fall or corbett museum

You don't need permit separately but gypsy needs to be booked.
Hi Doc, as I can see in their website, they’ve mentioned that if we are booking a night stay in Dhikala then it’s no need to book a safari. Now my question is, what does the night stay package includes and what are the prices?
It includes room rent, and entry charges. All other charges like gypsy guide etc need to be paid separately

I always go there with Mr Yunus Khan. He is very good and reliable driver. Unlike others who just do time pass and save fuel by stopping the jeep here and there and waiting for nothing. His nunber is given in the pinned comment and description.
