- The plaintiff was in the parking lot of a bar talking to his friend and saw a fight between two guys. He claims the defendant got into an altercation near his car and slammed someone into the plaintiff’s car. The defendant fled, so the plaintiff is suing for damages. The defendant argues he never touched the car but admits to running from the cops.

The defendant got some good advice from a judge that seen young men like him ruin their lives and he is being ignorant about not learning anything from this case.
My dads friend died that way. He was running his mouth and 2 guys took him outside to fight him and they picked him up and dropped him and he hit his head on a curb and died on the spot. Freak things happen

Omg that is awful. Its crazy bc I know a guy who got humped REALLY bad, and he was also picked up and dropped on his head multiple times, multiple guys were also stepping & stomping on his head. He took a pounding and though he lived, he was never the same after that. He was a good kid too. Saved, loved to dance, girls liked him, adults respected him and it made other guys jealous, so they jumped him. Sad thing is, abt 5 years later, a childhood friend of his, looking for a thrill, just walked up to him and shot him the eye/head. Left his body there in his own neighborhood. His killer literally was a childhood friend of his. My cousin, who is noticeably mentally challenged, was also brutally beaten by 2 guys, the same way as the kid I just described, except they also threw him down a flight of cement stairs. His entire body was beaten and bruised. He never fought back so these cowards were just looking to hurt someone. Anyway, my cousin was pronounced dead at the hospital. They brought in my other cousin, who is a Pastor, and I kid you not, RIGHT after he prayed over our cousins body (believing he was dead), he started breathing. He ended up surviving. I guess this is all just perplexing to me. How fragile our lives are and how at any moment we could lose it all. I really hate how the good ppl get so abused by the evil-doers.

Defendant says he rarely fights and only does when necessary but has a nose that's been broke HARD, probably more than once to look like that.
What he meant was he rarely fights but when he does fight he gets whooped bad. Like in this fight he got thrown head and shoulder first into the plaintiffs car.

Also, if you look closely at 10:38 , there is a good view of the defendant’s whole face that may or may not have been bumped up or broken in fights, but his nose clearly looks like it’s been broken… Also has those two lumps/bumps on each side of his upper forehead… JM is right, way too old for that behavior🥊🥊🥊

$3000 is a cheap tuition (fee for learning) if that guy takes the lesson that the judge took the time to explain. That was one loving piece of advice from the judge and I hope it will save some lives somewhere, sometime.

This case is from a few years ago but I'm pretty sure the defendant is used to being in and out of court anyway. But his response to Doug in the hallway sounds like he's just living his life for his friends by trying to impressing them by living the "thug live". Instead of being independent and living his life for himself in the right way. But who knows what this guy's life is like right now. Seeing as this is not a new case / episode and he has the mindset of always trying to prove himself for the wrong reasons.

There's no way that the plaintiff in the second case isn't going to watch this back and cringe when he sees how many times he says the words pretty much! LOL I make TH-cam videos and I used to have a really bad habit of saying the word um, we use filler words when we are trying to think of what we are going to say next, there were even a couple of videos I deleted many years ago because of it, I corrected it after watching myself back a couple of times 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

I’m at the age now that I can remember fighting etc. I’m blessed to be alive these young men bring back memories. I pray each one is able to grow up and have memories. I don’t have any children but I can see a little bit what parents my go through. It’s amazing you all get any sleep. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
