Hey, I would really recommend that you stretch the skin, go at an angle instead of 90°, and "poking the same place twice," like you're not really but to you, it seems like you are but instead, in reality, it's like right next to the previous mark. Just thought I'd be helpful :) when I do stick and pokes, I can get a pretty solid line on the first try and then I'd go at it about 2 more times just so everything can be packed in there.
Wow, thank you so much for the great tip! I'm doing another one today and will def keep your advice in mind. Yeah, I suppose because I don't go at the same point twice, I have to go over it like a million times.
@@IngridsVanlife there are quite a few hand poked vids on youtube. i dont like holding just the needle bar...too thin. you could wrap it in tissue and tape, or make a holder for it.
Hello! The one i used in the video came with the stick and poke kit i bought a while back. But the one I use generally is the «Charity pot» moisturizer from the cruelty free and natural brand called Lush. It works really well and is nothing but good for the skin.
Chris Sadd stick and poke tattoos fade a lot faster compared to machine tats. the machine punches in a lot more ink in more holes and often maintains a consistent depth. :) hope this is educational

Hi.. are u using 3Rl needle ? Have you ever using 1Rl for handpoke?
Using 3RL Yes, have tried 1RL, but those are commonly too thin for my use.
Such a cute tattoo! ❣️ What’s the name from the tattoo ink?
What's the cream you put on after the first layer x

@@IngridsVanlife thank you beautiful work btw!!
so cute! did you use an 1RL or 3RL needle?
3RL! I attempted using a 1RL, but it wasn't working well.
does it hurt?
Dmrlmo Al-Ghamdi not more than any other tattoo. I find stick and poke to hurt a little less.
@@IngridsVanlife thanks ❤
Is it permanent? It looks amazing!
It is permanent! Thank you love x
Not to be rude Auzzie but it's common sense.
