- 104 Village (No. 104 Junggye-dong) is the last shantytown in Seoul, located at the foot of Mount Bulams in Junggye-dong, Nowon-gu. It got its name because its number is 104. Formed since 1967, demolished residents started living together in the 1960s due to the development of Seoul under former President Park Chung-hee. Currently, 104 Village has only a few people due to redevelopment.
I'd rather live there than here in New York city
The land here costs over US$10000 per square meter. The house is blurry, but the land price is too high.
