For your information, we have ostrich farms in Egypt
But is there specific feed for ostriches
Or a specific recipe for ostriches

I can tell you. Feed the chicks pork feed mix with chicken feed until 6 months . Supplement with highly nutrious grasses or protein rich algae, insects .what ever. if you can . Incubate for first month. Then after six months just feed the chicken feed with grasses. Two years to three years they will breed
