- In this week's video, you can see me unbox my two newest fountain pens - the Platinum 3776 Century Ishigaki Callico and Sailor Pro Gear Slim Manyo Nuts. Okay, so I splurged a little this month... but in my defense, these two pens have been on my wishlist for quite some time now, haha. I also complete a couple writing samples and compare the nib sizes with other pens. The Sailor PGS Manyo Nuts pen also comes with the Sailor Manyo Shirakashi ink, which is a beautiful olive shade that I also swatch in this video. Hope you enjoy seeing me unbox these two new pens in my collection!

This was lovely! And confession time: I slowed the video down to 0.5 speed when you were flipping through your ink swatches to find a match, so I could write down the names of all the inks I loved for my wishlist! So there's a video idea for you: a tour through all your ink swatches! :)

I purchased the stamps from AliExpress and the insert I used for my ink swatch journal is the Traveler's Company Lightweight Paper insert :)

Ohh! A fellow quadrauod grip :) I did try to change up my grip later in the video but my handwriting looks... not great. Hence being too stubborn to change it, haha!
@@linedmusings I've also tried other grips, but I think the grip you learned as a kid is probably the one you're gonna stick with forever. I think we both should just do what feels natural, our handwriting will probably be best that way, right? 😅
