There’s people who pronounce things differently or people just don’t know. • For example, the proper/Chinese pronunciation for Zhonya is “jah-hon-iya.” I didn’t know until someone I met said it. But I’m still gonna say Zhonya (Zon-ya).
Zhonya is the username of an original Riot employee. So no, there is no "proper/chinese" pronunciation. It's just 'zone-yuh'. But I agree. Say it how you want, even if it's incorrect.
