Thanks, that's really great. I haven't had to do this often, and so I'm sure when I did, it was a messy taping job. This looks neat and effective. Question: do you think this is equally effective (or any harder) with pink water-resistant tape or Transpore tape?

Hi Rodney, it looks like Elastic Therapeutic Tape, also known as Kinesio or Kinesiology tape. Allen mentions that you need to be carefull not to stretch it.... hench my conclusion.

I think its too thick and too complicated.
