Those buying the land would blame themselves in future.
they have started building houses there.. so do we have planners. part of That place can be turned into an industrial area... homes should not be allowed anywhere... in Ghana the moment we hear of land being sold it automatically means let's build house... every two or three suburbs must Share an industrial area...people living close to the areas would not have jobs and either resort to street selling or travelling all the way to accra or tema for work which already choked... we are not serious..
The unpopular truth
This is because there are no zoning laws in Ghana that force developers to allocate portions of their land to commercial and industrial uses.
Sorry for those buying land around there because a future government would want to do something around there and those who bought land around there would be affected.
So when will these crop of leaders will ensure well planned roads in between those houses at these new sites developments.
Is so sad and testimony of how shallow minded our leaders are to overlook these scattered houses at these new site without properly planned. So sad Ga leaders and town planners
Some part are planned which i will document in more videos to come, but its unfortunate, these visionaries didn’t come in early,
