What stops my run every time is the....f*ckin' sword section. Who decided that Sly should jump on the sword with double jump/circle land, then jump off, and move towards the next sword...only FOR HIM TO LAND ON THE SWORD HE WAS JUST ON???? Sucker Punch really didn't know what they were doing with this game.
The other thing is the rope section with the rotating gears going down -- I have had the game literally have Sly not jump to the next rope and stay on the same rope several times during practice runs.
This one was a bit tough but the technique here is to take your time and look for health points if you get damaged. Don't worry about the time since the game gives you plenty of it.
Lmao I played the first two with ps now streaming and I couldn’t fucking stomach it any longer, so I stopped playing these games .. years later I bought a PS3 and seen they have it for actual sell on the PS3 playstore!! Literally right now in 2025 it’s available the trilogy for $14.. so I bought it so I can fucking finally finish sly 3 with a platinum .. currently only need the 100% trophy
I was literally chowing right through but of course the part that got me in my main play, got me here again. That one beat sync jump rock platform. Ugh… 4:44
This video just taught me to wait for the above rock to get lost, THEN double jump. I was trying to do a double jump while moving towards the left and back in for the landing. Way easier method here. Thx
I thought this one will lock me out of platinum, but you get WAY too much time. I mean, you made it in 6 min, i made it in 10 and still had plenty of time to spare. Did it 1st time, don't rush, smash boxes for health when you can.
Hangar challenge with RC Chopper was a pain. Here, when you understand that you need to jump when the sword flash it become a bit easier. Still it will be in top 3 worst challenges.
This is a very badly designed level, doesn't help when this game has really bad climbing mechanics, makes this unfairly difficult as this game is not great anyway, enjoyed Sly 2 a lot more.

Yeahhh its hard but try doing this through shiittyy ps now streaming. I kept dying at the end of the sword section because the lag gets bad.

I plenty think the opposite, this was a great game but the challenges was so painful
I stg the climbing and landing in this game is so jank. Sly will just refuse to grab or land onto things.
