Hürrem's life turns into a nightmare because of the spell on her. She wants to put and end to it. She starts to follow Fahriye whom she thinks that she is a traitor. Meanwhile, Fahriye gets an order from Sultana Şah to kill somebody in harem. As Fahriye takes an action, she sees something that will turn everything upside-down.
Sultana Şah feels disturbed because of Hürrem's power in harem. She plays her first card to take over the harem and Hürrem takes a major blow. Meanwhile, Hatice learns that İbrahim's belongings will be sold in auction. She draws all attention towards herself when she wants buy them all.
In the mean time in Manisa, things start to get messy. Prince Mustafa gives money to the soldiers coming back from the campaign.
Suleiman doesn't get pleased with the news he receives. Is his son dreaming of the throne? Malkoçoğlu understands that Rüstem has written the letter to Mihrimah as if it's him. Mihrimah builds hopes again. She expects him to requite her love which continues since her childhood. Bali Bey finally responds Mihrimah in the way she wants.
As Hürrem takes a major blow in harem, Rüstem comes to the help of her. Rüstem looks for the golds and finally gets the information he wants. He entraps Sultana Şah and Hatice with his fancy footwork.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

Late valide used daye hatun against hurrem but later daye realized the truth and protected hurrem. Then they used affife hatun but later afife loved and protected hurrem with her life. Then gulshah, fahariye... Everyone realized the problem is not with hurrem but with the dynasty witches and Mahidevil....

He was the cause of what historians call 300 years of Decline and Fall of the Ottoman Empire, mainly because of his dedication to Roxelana and instituting a non-flexible financial and political system. He remained in power because he had no qualms about doing away with his best friend for arrogance, his first-born on suspicion of contacting the Persian Shah (whereupon the whole of Christendom heaved a sigh of relief, as Mustafa was seen as a capable heir), and his last best hope in Bayazid for rebellion!
I can agree on that partially only because I believe some of the people who turned their back on Mahidevran, Hatice or Valide didn’t have any other option but to side with Hurrem, which of course they benefited from greatly, just like Nigar joined forces with Sah and Hatice when Hurrem dismissed her from her service. Not saying anything bad about Hurrem, in fact I love her to bits but realizing the power she holds has definitely made all the servants of the said trio of snakes :< question their current position.

Mustafa would have probably made a pretty good sultan, if it weren't for his mother poisoning him from childhood.
A good Sultan should be someone different from Syleiman, because Mustafa had conscience and Syleiman hadn't. If Mustafa was like his father, only then he should be Sultan? Prince Mustafa remained in History as a son who had been executed by his own father, which automatically indicates that he never betrayed Syleiman, otherwise his father would have killed him long ago. Hurrem was behind everything. But, if she wanted someone to make him Sultan, then this someone was Prince Beyazid and not Prince Selim. After all, Hurrem promised something to Beyazid in the end of his life, that she will be at Beyazid's side and protect him, in order to embrasse the throne. So Hurrem didn't play it well, otherwise Beyazid would take the throne after Mustafa's execution and not Selim.

I have watched this series up to episode 135 but keep coming back to watch these episodes and especially the last few minutes of this episode. Pure gold! Love seeing the evil witches getting caught in their evil with their real faces, for once. Brilliant scene! I also love the loyalty, affection and respect between Hurrem and her servants - she won their hearts.
I’m looking forward to finishing the series and then restarted and watching everything again and understanding what’s going on

Honestly though, how did someone who was raised by Mahidevran and Ibrahim end up with such a good heart as Mustafa has.

Hatice is a funny character all meek and mild then turned into a lost soul.
That palace is a BAD neighborhood in and of itself 😂 It seems odd to me, given the amount of crime that takes place there, that the people roam so freely around the corridors, especially in the wings that accommodate Sultan and then that of his family.
Suleiman failed to fill the hole that was left behind after he ordered Ibrahim’s execution and now all the council is involved in a huge power struggle. He should be grooming Bali Bey to be the Grand Vizier. He’s the only one with enough loyalty, integrity & respect to be trusted in that position. Instead he’s utilized as a security guard, detective, and personal assistant 🤦♀️
It seems odd to me as well that there are lots of intrigues taking place inside this palace. Servants get bribed to get someone killed. And all this happens behind the back of Suleiman and he never learns about them.Some scenes are hard to believe. For ex. How dare Firuze poison Suleiman or how dare servants put poison inside the food,underestimating Sulltans authority? What kind of muslims were there beacuse killing someone is a major sin…
