In church yesterday our pastor was teaching us about worship and I really didn't have a clue about what it really was, and my pastor explained it great - it for god's enjoyment and we must worship with mind, body and soul. God wants all of us all the time he wants us to really know him and really know who we are, we are his child and he is our very breath. Amazing thanks for father God sending Jesus to reunite us back to the father.

It is true , the favor of the Lord can take care of your needs for the rest of your lives. I had a friend, she did not even finish high school and was a babysitting 7 children in her rented home. She requested prayer because 1 of the child is leaving and she needed 7 , to cover her rent and food bills. I was a new christian than and I did not know that she was not well off but she was so generous , giving me food to help me out. When she requested that God would provide 1 child for her to take care of her needs, we all agreed. A week later, a friend of mine , told me about a governess job that she went for interview for, the strangest thing , she said was that the interview was done by an attorney of the company. It so happen the the lady was my choir mistress and a friend of my cell group leader. One thing lead to another and my friend got the job. She was a governess to one of the richest man and she had house keepers, chef, butler,chaueffer driven, travelled 1st class around the world, stayed in fancy places, financing for a house etc. One FAVOR from the LORD takes care of her, for the rest of her live. Glory to God in the highest.

Tommy has hit the nail right on the head. I was raised to believe that as long as I was at Church for the Gospel all was good....... I don't know this man but as Sid mentioned about him his kinda famous but never heard of him but when he said that he just wants to be in an island with his loved-ones and write, create movies and to be in the presence of the Most High. And the way he worships is more in listening and very contemplative. That's exactly how I worship too. I do worshiping in silence and in a very contemplative, solemn, peaceful, quite manner and in a contemplative way. I do more inwardly than outwardly. I was like, "Hey, that's exactly me."

No. Jesus is all you need to find favor with God. Self righteousness won’t help. You’ll always think you’re not doing enough. Through Jesus, we always stand in Favour with God. Because Jesus is everything. Knowing Jesus makes that favor manifest. We are in Christ. Trust me. Because of Christ, we always stand in favor because when God sees us, he sees Christ.
God deserves our highest praise & gratitude forever. Something wonderful happens in the spirit realm as we praise & worship God. Strongholds are broken, breakthroughs happen. We already have God's favor through Christ's finished work. Because of His perfect love & sacrifice, we have everlasting life & we also have the incredible honour to be called children of God, a joint heir with Christ! Wow! As a royal prince, princess of the King of kings(not just any king!), wouldn't we want to live as one? putting on Christ's attributes like boldness(yet w/o pride), faithfulness, obedience, lovingkindness etc.? Not to earn God's favor, but because we are His children and we love Him.

I don't know this man but as Sid mentioned about him his kinda famous but never heard of him but when he said that he just wants to be in an island with his loved-ones and write, create movies and to be in the presence of the Most High. And the way he worships is more in listening and very contemplative. That's exactly how I worship too. I do worshiping in silence and in a very contemplative, solemn, peaceful, quite manner and in a contemplative way. I do more inwardly than outwardly. I was like, "Hey, that's exactly me."

No. Jesus is all you need to find favor with God. Self righteousness won’t help. You’ll always think you’re not doing enough. Through Jesus, we always stand in Favour with God. Because Jesus is everything. Knowing Jesus makes that favor manifest. We are in Christ. Trust me. Because of Christ, we always stand in favor because when God sees us, he sees Christ.
God deserves our highest praise & gratitude forever. Something wonderful happens in the spirit realm as we praise & worship God. Strongholds are broken, breakthroughs happen.
We already have God's favor through Christ's finished work. Because of His perfect love & sacrifice, we have everlasting life & we also have the incredible honour to be called children of God, a joint heir with Christ! Wow! As a royal prince, princess of the King of kings(not just any king!), wouldn't we want to live as one? putting on Christ's attributes like boldness(yet w/o pride), faithfulness, obedience, lovingkindness etc.? Not to earn God's favor, but because we are His children and we love Him.
