A friend of mine was 100% F2P and he did have more deaths and kills than chee, with less power and I saw him as the top1 farmer in rankings in every kvk I played with him, unfortunately when his third child was born he quit the game because he lacked time and he was too stressed :(

Once on TH-cam there was a Russian-speaking TH-camr “Cult Minamoto” and he was playing F2P for almost 4 years. But because of one hater, he lost the Minamoto icon and is no longer F2P (the haters were able to remove the Minamoto icon, because in Russia there is a special donation site and with it you can donate gems or anything else to any ruler without asking permission from the account owner ). This youtuber is still on youtube.
Sorry, but first, I doubt he has never put a dollar in the game, second, a lot must have come from the alliance he is in, must have a lot of wales. There is no way a f2p player has this many legendary commanders maxed and all of that equipment.
F2p or not, the mina icon is there and up to you to believe. Yes, being in a good alliance really gives a lot of freebies and they all add up after a while. In the first video, I mentioned I worked on Vip first because it has more value in the long run.
He still has the mina icon, anything you buy for the first time in game will give you 10 minamoto heads. if that is still there then no money spent at all. And being in a whale alliance is a given if you want to progress fast.
2100 is the kingdom that had an issue of players hacking or doing something weird and they were getting lots of GC everyday. that helps a ton for f2p players(don't remember exactly the issue but some players were banned)
Hey guys, it's Chee here. Go ahead, ask me anything. For kp and deads, I like to join rallies and garrisons as often as I can. First, You don't need good commanders and equipments for that. Second, you don't need rss to heal because your troops just die. 😎 I definitely do not have the best f2p account and I'm sure there are many other awesome f2p players out there. At the end, ROK is just a game so have fun and chill.
@@IndividualExistence hmmm, not much for the first 6-9 months of playing, probably on and off, a few times a day just to complete quest and get things going like building, research, training etc. Back then there wasn't kvk yet so the interest level is not high and account wasn't strong. Mge killing event in the old days were brutal, my city would get wrecked everytime. The real interest only kicked in after kvk1 was introduced. Like many of you, I made lots of newbie mistakes in the beginning, I didn't even know I can collect vip daily rewards, I just wonder how to get rid of the red dot everyday. (because vip usually means spending in other games and I'm not going to spend anything). I thought JC was badass since he is in historical sense, and invested some gold heads on him. Walking into ysg garrison resulting in lots of unnecessary deaths when troop count was already low. 🤦♂️
@@chee2357 haha yeah those were the days, well for me i started playing around december of 2019. Stopped playing last year of feb and just got back after almost 2 years of not playing. Been ok for a month but I find it really hard to do field battles in soc, its like the role play of low spenders and f2p's is just yo fill rallies and garrison flags and passes. I think i will stop playing again soon haha
@@IndividualExistence yea because of the meta gap that you missed out in the 2 years. My advice is to pick a troop type, then work on 1 pairing, gold head and equipment wise. That way at least you are up to meta for most events and also altar fight.
@@chee2357 max guan/prime scipio/nevsky/william and prim boudoca/ysg but the gap in crystal tech is really large when it comes to troop count/capacity. there's really no other way but to invest in crystal tech to enjoy fair trades in the field fighting. :(
I think the Reason why he crafted the Eternal Empire Shield was to get the 4 piece set bonus (10% march speed, crucial on infantry) I'm not sure if that's worth 90 legendary materials but I mean that's what it is
I'm an f2p player and I bought that package to get the Mini Moto, but I don't use it. men that seems to put money on covertly, has so many things, I that I have nothing, probably sits in an alliance of spenders. I didn't put any more money into the game after that. I hope that the game evolves one day, that any game forces you to keep making money.
Am a full f2p with 2 main accs, 3 farms, 1 has that minamoto icon, and the other one doesnt bc p2w guys payed for 3 passports so l can migrate to ther kd. For any f2p it depends in witch alliance they are, like for exp guy in that vidro is vip 16 with stuped amounf of speeds still, but my acc with 1400 + days is vip 15 with alot less speeds, but diff in kills is 700m+ for me

I know this is a bit off topic, but is Harald Alex better than Alex Harald? And if yes, what would the talents be? Been playing with Alex primary and I'm not too happy with the results I'm getting...
Hey Chee here. I used harald primary simply because I feel the skill tree is better than attack tree. Alex's shield active skill does have some advantage over harald's. However, Alex might become a target more often than harald.
Nice too see other f2p with same playtime and good Account. Me having a much more KP but less Deaths. But no Zenith for me. Couldnt imagine having his Stats with no farms. gj 👍🏻
I imagine if your a f2p player it gets sweaty but also of you pay money there goes your wallet so it matters if you wanna save and be a sweat, or have an easier route and run through your wallet
Can someone please answer me? I've watched videos and I really don't understand the background of this game. I play it quite a bit but I'm only at 1.8 power (f2p) How do season's work and all the other stuff in this game? I tried watching some of yours and others but I really don't know how season's work and commanders. My kingdom is going into the light and darkness season I think? I will keep my comment anyway so you can make fun of me. - - Hey, I am a free to play player that plays very actively and I have around the same account age as Chee, however I can confidently say that the combination of things shown in this video is just straight out impossible for free to play. As free to play you only have about 50k gems u can use each month so you really gotta decide if you want to invest into equipment, commanders or VIP and here I see that he was able to invest in all 3 at the same time. The deaths are either inflated by some low tier units or fishy. The only way I could see him achieving this is by constantly getting access to free mge's but the commanders he uses are all non-mge commanders besides Pakal. There is a way to redeem codes for bundles in the game (real bundles) and I don't know how these redemption codes synergize with the minamoto popup but there gotta be something off here.
How do you get 50k gems a month? I don't even get that many 😭 I worked on Vip first which gives me gold heads for commanders. Back in the days there wasn't equipments, it was only introduced later on. When equipment first appear there was like 6 or 7 material types instead of the current 4 types. Then it got changed and there was compensation, that's how I managed to make scola coin 🤦♂️. The rest of the accessories only appeared in the first SOC. There are definitely some low tier troops in the deads. I was zeroed twice before (not the imprisoned one). Back then I didn't know I could upgrade low tier troops. But the deads count are not intentionally padded. I get about 3.5m deads per kvk for the last 4 kvk, mostly t5. You're right, I don't use mge commanders, I don't even try to compete in mge. Pakal is the only one that I won. The others I got them from card King (saladin, Richard, Leo, constantine) , legendary tavern (nebu), and a few heads here and there from legendary tavern and mge top 50 rank.

That's probably why I have more gems than you.. 50.000 a months is reasonable and I dont spend them on anything other than equipment events. My account is actually already past the stage of needing so many gems because I no longer seek higher vip... It's just too far away. At this point I farm rss more than anything because I want to sustain many days of fighting. Regardless, I agree you are probably more active then I am. You "confidently" said it's not possible because you assumed you're more active. But the irony is you did not even finish watching the entire video and jumped the gun. I am sure what I have in my account is achievable in half the time because I was not in the most whale-ish alliance. Some f2p have vip16 before I had my vip14. So you can imagine how many more gold chests they get. There are also f2p in very dead kds that can regularly get top rankings in mge and other events. So just because you cannot achieve does not mean others cannot.
im kinda f2p i bought the growth fund bundle 2 years ago that was my 1st and last buy, never bought any thing no pop ups nothing. and that bundle was a gift from my brother. you can check my account. oh and I'm playing for 1250 days :3

Just that I have lesser maxed commander (but i got nevksy and scipio maxed), and eqpt is pretty similar, except my nebu/ysg is full epic talented gears :) and i have 1 more horn than him :D, my rss is also about 4b each, speedups only at 4yrs+ (lesser than him)
Can I still be considered f2p even tho i spend like $20-$30 n I have 19M power with 10M kills (I would have gotten more power but got zero 2 times) I have minato but I dont have 98% of the best commanders in SOC I use season 2-3 combos 😪
nice account, i would point out the main issue is after your first heavy damage kvk, these type of accounts do not power back up and they cannot sustain the fighting from kvk to kvk except for trivial amounts of troops.

Crystal tech is really bad for f2p. I just do my best with the quests and grinding barbs and forts for crystals. I do lots of training quests especially in the first week of LK before pass4 opens. Training quests gives the most favours and crystals and the value comes over time. As for the tech, I like to work on the economic ones first. Before pass4 opens, I will mass summon kahars and use the crystals on inf attack.
Whoa I wish I had that account..... But I've got to congrat that player on being that good. I've made a lot beginner mistakes which still haunt me today....
So many variables on.Depending on the alliances you are in, tactics on field, focusing on spending gems, playing modesProbably he get legendary skin when he reach 100 mill power.17 mill deads tell us he is focusing in fill flags and rally, with only 3 good marchers is hard to get 1 bill kills.Depending on what KVK he plays... as I said, many variables.Not a perfect account, but good.
You're absolutely right. I am always happy to fill garrisons and rallies if I managed to squeeze my march in. Without crystal tech, it is hard to grab those kp, you just don't punch hard enough. I am active during war times but my kill counts just don't jump a bunch compared to spenders. Oh well, that's f2p life 😂
Archer main f2p here takes 2 years for me to have a good 5 march... 3 arch 1inf 1 cav... With 1b+ kp 8m deads.. I regret doing archer main i thought at 1st i play it to be unique and got rekt on earlier kvks.. 🤣🤣🤣
It was my initial plan too to be archer focused... But someone advised me to go inf as f2p. Also at the time, guan yu and Leonidas just got introduced and both look so badass compared to archer commanders like Edward Woodstock 😂

First of all i am the best F2P RoK player and you can ask from the champ of olympia mr gladiator 😊 and second thing is the champ of olympia is F2P so spenders and all you guys are just wrong about how this game works👌
it's not that hard to get an account like this if you get into a whale alliance from the beginning. you will be getting gold keys, gems for wheels, speed ups, AP ect.
I could get t5 much earlier if I wanted but I waited for zenith to push t5... That was about 2 years into the game. I think good commanders with T4 is better than half done commanders with t5 so I focus my gem on Vip instead of books of covenant.
If you make ANY purchase in the game, you automatically unlock Mina. So if they still have the Minamoto logo, that is proof they've never purchased any bundle at all.
1) he has more deads then Fleisch 😂 2) if he heals 2000/2300 troops at the time I doubt his a good “fighter “ I’ve heard too many time ppl saying : I’m going to use everything I got! And then basically staying in zone 4 healing and complaining that his hospitals is full. 3) f2p consume time a lot of time and time is way more valuable than money so even in this case p2w wins! They always will!
1. Ikr lol 2. I start healing the moment I have troops in my hospital, not only when it's full. I use only my best 3 marches for open field so I don't really get as many hospital than you think. If my hospital does get full while fighting is still going on, then I will one click clear them because I'm not going to wait 10 days to clear hospital. I just try not use the speedups if the situation allows me. 3. We all play for different reasons so 🤷♂️
@@MrReplayS1 I have to agree that I am not a good fighter... I just try to contribute as much as I can without spoiling my own fun. Without crystal tech I will never be a top notched fighter, but I improve every kvk. I guess that works for me
I'm taking this as a compliment. You can compete zenith at a discounted rate if your continent isn't that crazy. Some continents are tougher than others. As for kp, it's just about willingness to fight and join rallies and garrison. Lots of kp and deads if you are always willing to throw troops into rallies and garrison.
playing for 4 years gain you a lot of resource tokens and speedups. I only recently powered up 20m for a top 10 zenith and i only spend 5$ mine speed during kvk, no bundles.

You're right, I don't use mge commanders, I don't even try to compete in mge. Pakal is the only one that I won. The others I got them from card King (saladin, Richard, Leo, constantine) , legendary tavern (nebu), and a few heads here and there from legendary tavern and mge top 50 rank.

You assume you're more active by the amount of gems you farm. My account is actually already past the stage of needing so many gems because I no longer seek higher vip... It's just too far away.
At this point I farm rss more than anything because I want to sustain many days of fighting. Regardless, I agree you are probably more active then I am.

I am sure what I have in my account is achievable in half the time because I was not in the most whale-ish alliance. Some f2p have vip16 before I had my vip14. So you can imagine how many more gold chests they get.
There are also f2p in very dead kds that can regularly get top rankings in mge and other events.

nice account, i would point out the main issue is after your first heavy damage kvk, these type of accounts do not power back up and they cannot sustain the fighting from kvk to kvk except for trivial amounts of troops.

Crystal tech is really bad for f2p. I just do my best with the quests and grinding barbs and forts for crystals. I do lots of training quests especially in the first week of LK before pass4 opens. Training quests gives the most favours and crystals and the value comes over time. As for the tech, I like to work on the economic ones first. Before pass4 opens, I will mass summon kahars and use the crystals on inf attack.

You're absolutely right. I am always happy to fill garrisons and rallies if I managed to squeeze my march in. Without crystal tech, it is hard to grab those kp, you just don't punch hard enough. I am active during war times but my kill counts just don't jump a bunch compared to spenders. Oh well, that's f2p life 😂

Archer main f2p here takes 2 years for me to have a good 5 march... 3 arch 1inf 1 cav... With 1b+ kp 8m deads.. I regret doing archer main i thought at 1st i play it to be unique and got rekt on earlier kvks.. 🤣🤣🤣
It was my initial plan too to be archer focused... But someone advised me to go inf as f2p. Also at the time, guan yu and Leonidas just got introduced and both look so badass compared to archer commanders like Edward Woodstock 😂

I could get t5 much earlier if I wanted but I waited for zenith to push t5... That was about 2 years into the game. I think good commanders with T4 is better than half done commanders with t5 so I focus my gem on Vip instead of books of covenant.

If you make ANY purchase in the game, you automatically unlock Mina. So if they still have the Minamoto logo, that is proof they've never purchased any bundle at all.

2. I start healing the moment I have troops in my hospital, not only when it's full. I use only my best 3 marches for open field so I don't really get as many hospital than you think. If my hospital does get full while fighting is still going on, then I will one click clear them because I'm not going to wait 10 days to clear hospital. I just try not use the speedups if the situation allows me.

I'm taking this as a compliment. You can compete zenith at a discounted rate if your continent isn't that crazy. Some continents are tougher than others. As for kp, it's just about willingness to fight and join rallies and garrison. Lots of kp and deads if you are always willing to throw troops into rallies and garrison.
playing for 4 years gain you a lot of resource tokens and speedups. I only recently powered up 20m for a top 10 zenith and i only spend 5$ mine speed during kvk, no bundles.
