I loved this video because of your videos I love love to go to India !!! My goals this year are to feel more peaceful within my self . I too struggle with being hard on myself , I find that I feel much better when I am alone also . I try to practice yoga often but I truly need to do it everyday. It’s winter here and very cold so I have not been able to I outside which definitely effects me too . 😞 sending you lots of love ❤️

Hi, so lovely to catch up. I hope the season on Goa becomes more busy, unfortunately you won’t get any uk tourists for a while as we are locked down again and travel is being really restricted. It’s so much harder this time as it’s cold and dark unlike the summer when getting out to exercise was much easier. I hope you get to see Poppy soon, the picture of her in Libby’s arms was adorable. I would really appreciate it if you could send some love and light to my father who is in hospital with Covid. He has been there for 2 weeks and is not getting better. We cannot see him due to the restrictions and it’s really difficult. I have to keep believing that this will all be over soon and we will have learned enough to live on this planet more harmoniously. Much love to you and beautiful Goa xxxxx

@@KateMooreLoves Hello from freezing cold England! We have just been through a really cold snap when we have had snow and the temperature has not been above 0C for days at a time. It’s supposed to be up to 12C tomorrow so fingers crossed 🤞. My Dad is still in hospital, it will be 4 weeks tomorrow, but he is improving and is on much less oxygen now. They have moved him to a general ward and we are hoping for some news on his progress tomorrow. The picture of Poppy in her beautiful little tutu was so precious, I can’t imagine how much you are looking forward to meeting her. I used to follow Kay but she seems to have disappeared from my radar, I must look her up again and see how she is. It's also okay to sit with the darkness, go into it, really let yourself stew in it, see what's there. It's great to have rituals and processes to counter 'negativity' but there is just as much value in moving towards it and surrendering to it. Often we expel more energy trying to 'manage' it or make it not part of our experience.
Absolutley, the beauty of feeling into the depths of allll the emotions and feelings hey. Yum! For me, it's very important to eventually take the actionable steps on the other side of that though, as I have always been prone to sinking too deep into the darkness and/or depression 🙏❤
Do not judge or compare anyone guys everyone is unique in this world. Just sense the inner wisdom and enjoy the life's last moments because you're dying in every second just see this and be aware. See everything with last moment and always carry death with u then awareness and devotion automatically comes without judgement.
