Genuinely one of the funniest VT related videos I've seen in ages, definitely a necessary one too considering the overload of remolded projects as a whole
I don’t give you enough credit BlueMeteor... You are without a doubt _squarely_ in the upper echelon of VeggieTales fan animators in my eyes. Along with the insane attention to detail in the characterizations, your editing and sound design are always legitimately impressive as well. It's one thing to animate well, but the sheen of polish that comes along with it really shows the effort and passion put into your videos (even if the videos themselves, at their core, err on the "shitpost" side of things). You manage to present in such a unique and unconventional way from other animators, and yet, everything still feels totally authentic to the source material. It’s crazy to think that this was based off of a dream too; it’s cohesive, easy to follow along with, and the gags always land. I imagine you may have had to take some creative liberties to transpose the narrative of your dreams onto a video, which is all the more impressive as it goes to show your "screenplay" skills as well! Like, this video in particular (with all the different segmented skits) is an outstanding example and testament to your prowess: completely unconventional, remarkably authentic, endlessly fascinating. I don't have much else to say aside from please never stop being your BlueMeteor self, and doing the BlueMeteor things. I really, really dig your stuff ^^.
I probably would think "Madame Blueberry" would work pretty well as (maybe instead of a "Re-Molded" project) an extended "Making-Of" special, where, along with the crew (Phil Vischer, Mike Nawrocki, and Joe Sapulich), some of the characters (Bob, Larry, Madame, and the Scallions) also talk about the episode, and their parts in it.
I lost it at 5:20 Laughed for 5 straight minutes. We need Phil and Mike to make a reaction video. I think I need to watch it again to take in everything I just saw.
At first I thought this was some Too Many Cooks-esque parody/commentary on the vt community video but learning that you dreamed this whole thing is like 10x funnier
