Happy happy Saturday my friends ❤ Another days spent on my own with kids while the husband was on his business trip. I hope you enjoy these days with me 🥰 Btw, I made a mistake on the subtitle 💦 03:16 “ripened” NOT “raped” Sorry for my poor English 🙇🏻♀️💦
Hi Linna...62 yr old gal from the US here. When I was raising my girls I used to write out a meal menu every week ahead of time and use grocery store sales as to what I would make so I could save money. Everything was mostly homemade like you do. Even now at my age I still do it. You do good with your family. Being a good mom and wife is very important to your household and your showing it to them gives them a good role model. And I also keep learning as I get older. And I have to add......last night I sliced fresh strawberries in my hibiscus tea and it was fantastic! Your tip was good!
My husband and I met at primary school when I was 8yrs and he was 9yrs old. We began dating at 14/15 yrs old and we got married when I was 18 and he was 19 . We will be married 39 years in May and we have one daughter, two sons , two granddaughters and our first grandson is due to be born at the beginning of June. He doesn't go away very often but I do like to have the bed all to myself for a couple of nights lol. I'm always happy to see him home again. Best wishes from Northern Ireland.
You are a great mom and wife. A good role model for your boys. Here in USA so many young women have forsaken the role of motherhood and homemaker for big careers. They buy big beautiful homes with all the upgrades you can have. Needless to say they must work. Children’s early years fly by and they miss so much. I didn’t work and money was tight but I was the mom that took the children to after school activities and so forth. Every nite there were home made meals. A little friend of my daughter told me that her dad did the cooking and only made things that took 10 minutes to make. Everything came out of a box! Sad.
Ich bin echt begeistert von dem Brot mit Kartoffelpüree und überbacken 👍und wegen deinem Mann den du ja wieder hast sei nicht traurig du hast uns deine fans😂👍 LG Christina aus Österreich
Hello Linna , hope ypou are doing fine. Thank you for sharing all receipes and strawberries are starting here , Spring is around the corner.Weather is very mild here with lot of heavy rain and thunder. Have a nice week-end and take care of yourself and of your men.
Pasta with meat sauce is my favorite! Yours looked so yummy! You are very creative & your lunch looked great. I never thought about adding some of the hot liquid to my roux before adding to the pot! That’s awesome. I will be doing that from now on! Thank you!
When I went to the supermarket I really enjoyed choosing the thickness of the bread slices according to how I was going to use them. In France the slices are so thin and they burn easily if you are not careful with the toaster or the oven.
Hi Linna You're doing an awesome job with your children. You were cool and calm. You allow your kids to play and have fun. Your cooking meals are simple and healthy. Keep up the good work.
Hope your husband got back safe and well from his trip. You did well to keep the home running on your own. That meat sauce, egg and mashed potato toast looked delicious, as did the cream stew. Yum! Hope your days get sunnier soon. 🌸
Good afternoon from a very rainy 🌧 England. Always raining here lately. I just planted a new apple tree in my garden today so the rain is good for that i guess 😂 have a great weekend Linna ❤
Hi Linna, I am awake very early today and watched your video first thing. We are having rain and snow. It will be warm next week. My peach tree is starting to bud. Your dishes for the supper are so pretty plus cute soup bowls. Thank you for the pretty video. Karen Yarnell, AZ USA
It's the same here, so many shelves empty at the end of the afternoon. I try to go now just after my daughter has left for school. What's tasty in meat sauce as well is leek or naga negi. We always add that to our meat sauce. I wonder what my husband will cook as I'm the one that will be going away in the autumn. It's always fun to get the pictures of the food he makes with our daughter. I'm trying to learn her how to cook alittle so she can help more or even perhaps cook something simple. If you like korokke sando you can make a quick version with the mashed potato on bread, add some mayo and panko and toast in the oven :) no need to deep fry it. It works for a bento as well.
My son likes your favourite cookies ( biscoff). I quite biscoff milkshakes, a true indulgence for me! lol! I like it when I can preplan and make somethings in advance! I do that a bit when I know I’m going to work and I can make something for my husband and son to have for dinner. And sometimes they cook something for themselves.
Good morning, Linna! No insomnia tonight, so I up early for your video. Has the prices of seaweed gone up? It has here. Heard the harvest was not good due to red tide.
linna, how far is it to the supermarkets? You seem to have to carry such a lot. I must also add the I have never seen bread so thick in my life ! In the UK we call those slices door stops 😆
GM Sweet Linna ❤I’m So Glad your Husband/ Daddy is coming back from his trip... nothing More comforting than Entire Family back to normal routine 🥰 your vlogs Are So Wanted! I Hope you continue Forevermore ☺️😍🌹
Hi Linna! I enjoy spending time with you and your sons. You brightened my Saturday. I have an urinary tract infection and been in bed. Doctor prescribed an antibiotic for me. It's called amoxicillin. Been very tired. Do you feel unsafe with just you and your sons Sunday f your husband goes on a business trip? Hope he got home safe and sound. Have a wonderful weekend and week with your family. Looking forward to your Wednesday video.💜
I see the meat bun in most of your videos. Is it like a ground meat in a partially cooked bread? Or is it like what we would call a beirocks, cooked ground beef, fried onion and fried or boiled cabbage wrapped in a bread dough then baked?
Siempre que te veo en el súper con el carro tan cargado, me pregunto si en Japón no existen los carros de la compra... aquí en España son imprescindibles 😂
Thats what i noticed. But we only shop every week or two here. We live 15 miles from a large grocery store. So we do a large food shop that we drive 30 miles(48 kilometers) one way and then every week to 10 days in the town 15 miles(24 kilometers) one way. I assume if you shopped several times a week you could use smaller ones. Would be nice to get fresh vegetables more than one a week or two. We use alot of frozen vegetables.
It's not although it does have cinnamon in the spiceblend. It uses a blend called 'speculooskruiden'. We call the cookies speculoos or speculaas here in Belgium. And yes, the sugar used in it also contributes to the specific flavour.
Oh for goodness sake, you can bake your own sweet potatoes! Just clean them and remove any bad spots. Rub them with olive oil then put them in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F. It’s not that hard. Please stop using the word “rape”. It’s very offensive.
I don't know if you have Oxo beef stock cube over in Japan but if you add it it's beautiful or beef stock just gives it that little bit more...I always add sugar like you do it takes the sour taste off the tomatoes and looks delicious love the side vegetable dish love from Dublin Ireland ps I sent you my email on Instagram

if I may correct your English dear Linna, "ripe" not "raped" for the strawberries.
Seriously ?! 🙄
Hi Linna, I am so impressed with your use of English! Love videos and your family! ❤

Beautiful meals , as always! I love to watch you cook! Enjoy your day!
Чудесно комбинираш и приготвяш продукти за малък запас ! Аз правя точно така и много съм облекчена в екстремни ситуации при приготвяне на меню !

Enjoy your blog. The food always looks delicious. I'm curious, do your sons not wear uniforms to school?
Hi Linna! I enjoy spending time with you and your sons.

Vegetable soup with natural flavour must be so good

I use non alcaholic wine or switch wine with beef or veggie stock has worked for me so far😊👍
‘How’s your toast?’ ‘Mmmmmm’ 😂🥰🥰🥰
Lotus is my favorite cookie, too.
It has rained here for two days and will still rain tomorrow, and so cold
Hi Linna, I recommend to you, if you are making the mashed potato put some butter and a little bit of milk. It would me more creamy and yummy!!
🇧🇷 bom dia 🌻 e ótimo sábado ❤❤❤❤
Delicious dinner ❤

Your shopping carts are so much small than the ones we have here in the US...

❤❤❤ hi linna dear ❤❤❤
Здравствуйте Линна 🌹 Спасибо за интересное видео 😊
what are your thoughts on the recent news about foreigners not allowed in certain historical alleyways in japan? mind you im paraphrasing
Biscoff is not a cinnamon cookie right?
Right, it’s got a spicy taste due to its special sugar.
It's not although it does have cinnamon in the spiceblend. It uses a blend called 'speculooskruiden'. We call the cookies speculoos or speculaas here in Belgium. And yes, the sugar used in it also contributes to the specific flavour.
Fruit is ripe and ripened my dear ***
It was probably the translation app she used that got it wrong.
Was it really offensive enough to be so condescending?

Your meat sauce looks delicious
Japan is so expensive
Do you even know what “lmao” means? It’s not very lady like.
Tomatoes in the refrigerator makes them soggy and tasteless.
