The Coalesce function evaluates what you pass into it and it will return the first non Blank() value. It reads what you pass into it from left to right. The arguments are comma delimited. You avoid having to write an If statement, and is much cleaner approach but can confuse other devs new to Fx formulas. Just start using it when you are checking if something has a Blank value or not.
