@maddox121 A few long defunct manufacturers I know are Technetic Industries inc. (their slides were pretty common in the late 70's/early 80's with a few still operating today. They built most of the early slides at Noah's Ark Waterpark), New Wave Rides (their only slide from them still operating is Riptide at SFGA), Rolba Nautic, PromoPlast Kunstoffen (a.k.a. PPK, they were merged with Van Egdom after their factory burned down in 1987), Wild & Wet Water Sports (I believe they built the original rides for Adventure Island: Runaway Rapids and Gulf Scream, as well as the waterslides at Weeki Wachee Spring. However, this slide here was definitely not built by these manufacturers. It's also possible that it was designed and built in-house, many slides were in the early days of water parks.
Tuberides is the waterslide GOAT 👑

What company manufacturered that masterpiece
There were so many companies building watersides back then, many of them were simply lost to time.

@maddox121 For whatever reason, the Wikipedia page for New Wave Rides lists Riptide at Six Flags Great America as a relocation from Silverwood.
Der Hersteller ist vermutlich nicht mehr bekannt, oder?^^
