I did uncheck as instructed 'work offline' in the menu. Did not sync but got error msg at the sync icon w/no explanation (appears at the bottom under the designs; not in the menu). It is so frustrating in that despite contact w/Sillhouette the responses are non-existent or boiler-plate that don't fix the issue. I had 2 big projects and newly purchased designs are 'failure downloads.' Your videos have been helpful.
Is it possible to download the software onto my computer that is connected to the internet and then copy the software onto my second computer that isn't connected to the internet and install the software on the second computer? I keep my second computer off the internet. Lee
Yes. Simply copy and paste the file that downloads to a flash drive or external hard drive and take it to the other computer. Move it from the flash drive/external drive to the other computer and proceed with installation.
