The 38k lost per vehicle is is or will be outdated facts. After rivian did retooling and stated there will be a 35% cut in lost you will have to do a update buddy 😅

How is the $1 bill convertible note with VW any different than the $3.2 bill of convertibles issued in '23? In both cases, Rivian is taking on debt, interest payments and possible share dilution (if shares move higher). With the $3.2 bill of convertibles issued in '23, the buyers just gets interest along the way. With VW, Rivian not only has to pay interest, but Rivian also gives up its intellectural property. In summary, if the earlier convertibles were a bad idea, than this current round of convertibles with VW is also bad
Lol .A company such as VW becoming a strategic investor apart from Amazon is the news . The fact that they are able to raise capital and they are able to find such investors is also key . Apart from capital they also get more power in parts negotiations , Europe entry with ease and it’s basically a badge of confidence in Rivian Software. Every single start up will dilute . Go check Tesla history . You need to stop this shorting Lenny . Think objectively and stop hammering on an American company just for sake of it .

@JJthename55 rivian has vans, and through vw, I think a better deal will come on the table. It's a good risk for me to take because once serious news comes out then the stock is going north from South, and the discount days will be behind us.

Rivian is not a good stock to buy, also with the information available in the fisker vs rivian video, neither of them looked good, but fisker was not burning through a billion dollars or more a quarter, it would have been easier for them to turn a profit but their leadership was completely ineffective. Rivian will sink like a fisker just over a longer period of time.
