Hi guys just a qeustion i see the people came to put in the thick wires into the ground and i see theres a black box on the pavement id like to no what happens next
My installation NEVER did the glympse thing ;( Also not that purple van either ;( Should I have kept them outside waiting???? (Sorry I was too happy for FTTH that I let them in so long)
I can tell you that I did not have the same experience that this little video is illustrating my experience was that I had an obnoxious Installer asking personal questions telling us about his gun I’m not concentrating on his work the installation was done and a lift nobody told us what we should do next I didn’t got a router and UPS from Afrihost phoned for three days without any reply to get my fibre activated up to today it’s still not activated not to mention that I had to wait two weeks for the team to install the dam fibre after they phoned me and said can we come and install there is no communication between the client and Bums not to mention Communication between Afrihost and Bruma it seems to me that Afrihost has to lick Vermaak ass To get something out of them and turn on no assistance over weekends well done if this is how we start I wonder how the service will be a very disappointed customer
We installed Monday & went live Thursday. Yesterday we had no service. Today, no service. Trying to get hold of Vumatel is like trying to get hold of the president. But come month end, they'll deduct the full amount for a service we're not getting. I'm already sorry we ever chose Vumatel
The pavement is on my own property. My paving that I had put in and paid for, not the council's paving. This is on my own property, not in the road. If the council's property gets damaged then it's their problem. I am talking about what happened on my own property
I'm having these guys come on Monday 25 feb 2019. Can't wait.
Hows the service

There’s a fibre box by my houses gate but online the internet services say I don’t have coverage
1:33, why not use shrink tubing instead of insulation tape?

What must one do to make sure that the whole yard get covered, the reason is the coverage became weak in the other parts of the yard
connect to 2.4ghz network on the router instead of 5ghz when you're further away from the router, or get a booster
Ready

RAMBO 😁
Ain't no trained personnel destroying my garden and paving outside.....what a mess!
The council owns the pavement outside your home.
Has to happen. As stated you have no choice. Payment does not belong to you
