I think the reason "they look like they are just walking" is because they seem to be all novice dancers. They are doing a wonderful job and as they become more advanced they will put more rhythm. bounce and style to make it look like "dancing". As for now I applaud them, GOOD JOB!!!.

They are doing the steps but they're not what I call dancing. Put some rhythm with the steps. Get out of your head and dance.
