Sometimes I get discouraged because I'm not in the country yet. I'm a young single man with spina bifida who's the only seventh day Adventist Christian in my family. I pray almost every day that God will make a way for me, I want to do his will. Keep me in your prayers friends!
Same here my brother I live in Jamaica.. it’s my desire to live in the country am a young single SDA Christian woman..I just want a simple life in my LORD and SAVIOR and to do his will.. sometimes I get so depressed and discouraged. Please pray for me to trust In God and have faith in Jesus and wait upon him. All I want is the life he wants for me❤
Country living is a process, especially if you are first generation. We have been seriously at it for a decade. We are slow learners, but God is patient.

Country living and kindred reforms should help us to see the announcement of the judgment of the living which is at the door . This announcement is the present Truth to be sought as treasure that outlines our mission with terrible accuracy.

there are some sda here, they tell us to go out in the cities,and go into country living and go vegan. go back in natural diet, or back to origin diet... and their childrens are not studying in world education, they have a School of the Prophet...in that school they study more and more Bible and SOP,and medical thru herbs and plants ,water,all in natural... but i admit i have some doubt not for my self ,but for my childrens,thats why,im asking help in prayers,and ask you all,what about your childrens education? because my children is studying in a public school,and if go to country living they need to stop go to worldly education,in order to follow Jesus,turn away the world.. thats what they told us. co'z we can't serve two masters at the same time. we need to choose one,either God or world? they said. by the way... i'm from Philippines..
Brother from Phillipines. Remember Moses and most of us need a re-education in order to serve the Lord aright. By describing those people's lifestyle you have just outlined an Adventist lifestyle . If you have a true education school around you, praise the Lord you don't have to start your own but rather study hard to help the people running the school so that together you can offer your and their kids what God has commanded. By the way inspiration shows that skills and trades /business studies should also be taught.
Hey! I love your question. We do homeschool and country living. I found it easy in primary school years but for highschool God made a way as I didn't feel equipped. In Australia during lockdown and teacher's issue with vacc. Some teacher's began on line schooling 🙂 perfect for us. They meet core subjects and have class fulls of kids on line too. We're rural so this does at this stage help my sons feel connected with other kids and locally we found 3 kids my sons ages who they can safely be friends with. Also, I have found them violin and piano teachers and now we got some horses for friends for our calf and begun horse riding lessons. For sport, I joined the 3 of us in a local gym and we work out together. We started growing food 2 years ago also. I'm a single mum and here to say it is possible since all things He asks of us are possible by and through Him ❤😊 God bless you and keep you

Nope I disagree with this wholeheartedly! It is best to start early but if you didn't get the message earlier you start and do it in obedience to God not man nor circumstances! Country living is not a choice, it is a must or else you will have to accept to mark of the beast and all the perks of conveniences. This argument of is of d devil,. All instances in the Bible and even in modern times those who linger lost everything, righteous Lot was lucky to be saved. We need to read and educate ourselves into obedience! Read DA 121-122 and the whole chapter and you will see that when no buy no sell is instigated it will be to late, better to suffer privation than to accept satans lie sis!
