I'll be placing an order but gotta clear out some rainforest & build a proper storage facility first. Got a good laugh at ribbing the diamond plate smoker. Have you ever built a 'wok station'? Basically heavy metal ring to support round-bottom wok with decommissioned jet engine underneath. Laughed when the diamond plate smoker came out, was drawn to you by the pizza-bility. BBQ, pizza, and fried rice are my schtick.
