[Detailed Assembly] Chicco Ducati Baby Tricycle

You are probably here because the manual sucks. And I couldn’t find any other tutorial to assemble. After a lot of trial and error I finally figured it out and Man was it frustrating. So to save you from pulling your hair out here is a step by step instructions how to assemble this. Hope you find it useful. Let me know if you have any questions down below.

Hi . I bought this tricycle for my daughter. But problem is lock of front wheel is coming off every now and then and tricycle becomes peddle free. She cant evn ride for one minute.
Please provide some solution

Thanks for the video. It's helpful, I'm facing some issue. The pedals go free, Everytime I lock the pedals for manual push and kid rides just for few seconds it's gets free n revolves... it's very irritating, any suggestions will be helpful.

Thank you for the detailed assembly instructions. We are having a small issue with the cycle after assembly and I was hoping you could help us with it. Whenever my child sits on the cycle the steering and front wheel get locked automatically and he has to get down from it to unlock it again. Any ideas why this is happening and could you suggest what we can do to prevent this

thanks for instruction. I have an issue as well. I got the parts pre assembled. Everytime my child rides his bike the peddle lock gets off and he cannot ride even for few seconds. It happends even if i push the cycle with him on the cycle. You can view the peddle lock section as shown at 2:47 - 2:48 sec you can see the peddle lock. Is this a manufacturing defect?

Seems like this is a defect... I got the parts pre assembled too from the toy shop
I have this same issue with the peddles .we have to constantly push the lock so that my kid can peddle.the peddle lock is faulty and very irritating

I have the same bike for my kid, i opted for this instead of many other Chinese ones available in the market. I am regretting my decision now as this bike has an inherent defect, the pedal lock get unlocked randomly while my kid is riding it. I am thinking of locking it with some strong glue now .... Not expected from a premium brand.

The handle bar should not move 360 degree. But there’s no mechanism in this trike to control the 360 movement of handle bar
