Thank you for a clear, concise, slow explanation. I have a much newer version of Cubase but I believe all will still apply. When I watch most Cubase videos I am always saying "what, huh, what did you do there, how did you make that happen?" and such. I do wish the instruction was 6 years newer.
This video is for 2014 but its the most useful video i watched as a beginner to cubase. Wish you could do videos for cubase like this as a series. Im sure it’ll have so many views and will be helpful to so many people. Thank you anyway! You’re the best teacher. If i was in your country i would have come to your classes :))
Thank you so much! The other tutorials I saw did not show clearly how to use the pencil tool to drag the area you want to add the sound into so I was left with audio spurs with no audio. Now the only problem I really have is not knowing how to get rid of the crackling sound in the audio. I imagine it is to do with the internal speakers which are maybe not of the quality required by Cubase.

I've always like listening to OSTs and I thought I want to make my own so I decided to download cubase because when I tried FL I was so confused, because Im a newbie and I know nothing about music, let alone making the music itself... so is there a tutorial where I could learn the basics coz the only thing I did was listen.
